Very Good Quality preservative
Really good and superior quality preservative. Used around 4-5 grams i.e. one teaspoon in 1 kg of pickle. Very satisfied, go for it.

Doesn't work.
I added 0.1% of this to Jam. The jam went bad in 10 days.Also, I know that this is not exactly for cakes, but I still tried adding it to a cake for experimentation. I added 0.5%. And the cake was a regular chocolate cake. It went bad in a week.
