Item is not fit for purpose and cannot make safe electrical connections.
The product is not of merchantable quality. The purpose of mains voltage rated electrical connectors is to make safe electrical connections which I was not able to do using this product. Let me say that as a fully qualified electrical engineer, well experienced in doing such work and using the correct size screw drivers this review is justifiable. When using the 3 amp or 6 amp connectors, the termination screws and connector barrel screw threads are badly matched and electrically safe connections on even lamp flexs were unsatisfactory and could not be tightened because the threads just stripped. There were also 15 amp connectors in the pack but as I did not try these I cannot comment on them. I decided to buy connetor stips manufactured by Schneider whom are an industry reliable manufacturer of electrical products and was able to do the connections I required. In my opinion these connectors are both unsafe to use, unfit for purpose and should not be purchased.

pros: value for money - plenty in number and various sizes to choose.cons: broken inside if it is tightened enough.

One of the sizes splits as soon as it is tightened.
Would have been OK but annoying when cannot be relied on when out on a job. Will check all sizes and update.Checked and it is the 15A terminals that I have had a problem with. On the 15 and 30A ones the wall thickness looks variable even on the same strip so some are OK. I'm not going to go to the trouble of measuring. I will be replacing them. If I do not notice one is splitting on a job the consequences will not do my reputation much good. I wouldn't take a chance with this product. By the way, the CE mark does not look genuine to me; probably stands for 'China Export'.
