Easy to install, good height. I was worried it was too tall for my grandmother, but she liked it, and it was stable and comfortable for her. I'm not sure of her height but shorter than my 5'4".

Very good fit. This manufacturer made the effort to detail all of the measurement specs, that's why I bought it. Non corrosive bolts would be better.

Great for raising access to toilet. Makes transfers easier.

I bought this item from a medical supply store, but thought I would offer my opinion of it on Amazon. It is a great product, it fits under the regular toilet seat and come with extra long bolts so you can put the regular seat and cover over this unit and still have ample room to put on wing nuts and tighten it up. It does tighten up very well and seems very stable, rated for 300 pounds. The one big advantage with this unit is that you can raise it up for cleaning or for men who only need to stand to do their business. This ring adds 3.5 inches to the height and the opening is the same size as the regular toilet seat, unlike other units which have openings which are NOT as large as the regular toilet seat opening, so it is much more difficult to clean yourself etc. without having to do contortions. I have tried 4 different risers and this was by far the best design and in my opinion one of the better constructed risers.
