Great vitamin
Our pediatrician recommended this at 6 months for our breastfed baby. Smells and tastes really funky. We really hyped our baby up and eventually she was excited about taking it. It does also have potential to stain teeth and clothes.Started taking it again at 18 months for low ferritin levels that was causing long term sleeping issues. After a month of giving this to our daughter again she started sleeping through the night for the first time ever, so her levels must already be coming up!

Convenient Supplement with a Minor Taste Issue
The Enfamil Poly-Vi-Sol with Iron has been a helpful addition to my toddler’s diet, providing essential vitamins and iron in one easy-to-administer drop. I feel good knowing my child is getting extra support, especially with iron.Convenient and Nutrient-RichThis supplement is a great way to cover any nutritional gaps, especially for picky eaters. I appreciate that it combines multiple vitamins with iron, making it a convenient all-in-one option without the need for multiple supplements.Minor Drawback: Strong TasteThe only drawback is the taste; it has a slightly strong, metallic flavor that my child initially resisted. Mixing it with juice or formula helps, but it may take some creativity to make it more palatable.Final ThoughtsOverall, Enfamil Poly-Vi-Sol with Iron is an effective and convenient supplement, perfect for ensuring kids get essential nutrients. Although the taste could be improved, it’s a solid choice for parents looking for reliable vitamin support.

Wonderful supplement
I guess this might be one of the most preferred iron supplements for infants in the country. It provides all the vitamins and iron in one easy to administer drop. It comes with a dropper which replaces the cap it is shipped with. The taste is very strong and I am sure almost all the babies gives a hard time. My baby runs away the moment I come near her with the dropper :)

Baby needed iron
My son’s blood work was a little off so the dr said he needed an iron supplement. Found these and used it since he used enfamil formula as a baby baby. He usually doesn’t mind medicine but this definitely had the vitamins smell so I’m sure it didn’t taste the best. He still took it and it helped his iron raise to where it should be so definitely recommend. If your baby doesn’t like medicine would recommend putting it in something sweet so counteract the bitterness

Miracle in a bottle
I am the biological mother of 9 offspring who are all adults now. When they were little back in the mid 90s My mother, who was a RN at the time, suggested I give this to my children who were very picky eaters.I tried putting it directly inside the cheek of their mouths but it made them gag and MY BRILLIANT MOM SAID to make sure I measure it correctly and put it in their cooked food AFTER the food is done and mix it well and when I tell you it was a game changer. My babies ate all of their food and began to improve healthwise. Their hair grew out longer and stronger, they had more energy, and even begin to take on more interest in learning. The babies finished every bottle because I put it in 8oz bottles as suggested by my babys physician. I have had nothing but success with this multivitamin that I now give to my grandbabies and I recommend. If you have any questions Talk to your pediatrician. But as for me I give this a 5 star +

Only vitamin pediatrician recommends
This same vitamin was recommended for my first born and now second born. Thank goodness for Amazon! The iron one hasn’t been in stock in either of my grocery stores since last year.

Smells really weird, turns milk into a murky muddy color
This is cheaper than the OTC that I get at the pharmacy (which doesn't contain iron). I decided to get the Enfamil one since it has iron, which is recommended for baby brain development. My baby is 5 months when I started her on this specific vitamin (she was on a Vitamin D-only version since 2 months old). It smells super iron-y, makes the milk turn a really dark funky color, but my baby isn't rejecting it. The first time I fed it to her last week, her first iron supplement, and it turned her 💩 a really dark green color. Freaked me out until I Googled if it's normal, and it is. After the first 💩 on this supplement, her color went back to dark yellow as normal. I didn't taste it to see the flavor since the aroma is so off-putting to me. However, baby is drinking milk with this added just fine so it can't taste all that bad? Milk is a beige color. This supplement is tan-orange color and looks like it would stain clothes. It turned the milk a murky muddy color that again is off-putting to me.I took 1 star off for the really weird smell & coloration.Edit: 03/13/2025:I'm downgrading my rating to 2-star. The smell is so off and makes me nauseous. I feel so bad feeding this to my baby. She doesn't seem to want the milk when I add this liquid vitamin in. She's been throwing up more after I started her on this vitamin and I'm concerned it's making hee nauseous as well. I'm going to the pediatrician on Monday to ask about this product. Too bad they can't make it smell NOT off putting. You can see the 2 photos I uploaded with my review for a comparison. The white is milk, you can see the regular color. The other photo is AFTER adding this liquid supplement. It turns it into such an unappealing color with a terrible nauseating smell. 🤐🤐🤐
