Puppy Housebreak hotel..!
We actually bought this house for our 2 blue heelers. But, before we could even use it, our female had a litter of pups. When they got too big for our whelping box in the house, we decided this would be a great place for them to live outside until we could find homes for them. My husband and son-in-law built a pen, of sorts, to go around it. Worked out perfectly. The pups actually house-broke themselves living in it. They would never go poddy in the house or on the deck. They would run out into the 'yard' area and go poddy. So, when we gave one to our daughter at 7 weeks old. She kept him in the crate when not at home and at night when he was sleeping. But, as soon as he had to go poddy during playtime in the house, he went straight to the door and whimpered to go outside. Lol... Love this doghouse! Very easy to clean and access while the pups were inside. Gave them good shelter in bad weather. Only note is that the wood is pretty thin so if you have very large heavy dogs or a chewer, it might not hold up. But, otherwise, for us it is working out great. :)

nice dog house but NOT worth $450
so this house is very large and is very nice and looks really nice in the back yard, however the wood is a soft & cheap wood and as hubby was essembing this dog house he said I don't see this dog house holding up very long, I'm really disappointed with this because it wasn't cheap and its made very cheaply, I may just use this as a templet and build a new one..we are very disapponted

Absolutely garbage
To say this is poor quality is an absolute understatement. The wood is thin, cracks easily, poorly painted, poor attempts to fill cracks prior to painting, fit of parts is horrific and although assembly is fairly easy the engineering around the assembly is awful. The only good thing I can say about this P.O.S is that it looks good from about 50 feet away. Other than that save your money. This thing is way overpriced for the quality.

Worth It
I love the genuine smell of this wood. When it shipped and got unboxed, everything was still on tact, no damage, and packed very carefully, which I really appreciated given the price of this product! It has taken a bit longer to assemble as there were no instructions included in the box and the instructions online are confusing. (This comes from my fiancé and he can usually build and assemble things without issues) All in all, this product is worth the money, it’s good quality and super cool for your furry friend(s).

Has its faults
The PawHut doghouse has its faults. Mainly the wood that was used feels like pine so thinner parts are more fragile than I am comfortable with. I did have to repair a few pieces because FedEx wasn't very nice to box 2/2 but this really isn't a fault of the product. Before assembly I treated every piece with a coating of Thompson's Water Seal. Then I sprayed bedliner on the under side of the floor parts and on top of the roof peak part. Finally, I primered and painted the black trim parts since the paint/varnish seemed pretty thin on those parts. I also removed the plastic curtains and put them under one of the roof panels overnight to flatten out creases from where they folded during packing/shipping. It's a lot of prep work before even assembling the house but I think it will be worth it as the extra prep should greatly lengthen the life of the house. I have even thought about applying a faux brick laminate to the outside walls for extra protection and to make it match my actual house.

My dogs broke it within a week
I have two Petite German Shepard/Husky mixes. One is 85 pounds and the other is around 65. I specifically bought this house because it has the two separate living rooms. When I assembled it.. I realized that the rooms aren't separate at all. The wood was thin and flimsy def not worth the 400$$$. And the paint job was also spotty work. The roof chipped the wood when we tried to screw it on because the wood was so thin it couldn't really support the roof. The roof itself is made out of recycled wood. I was just not impressed at all, I wasted my money and the dogs don't even like the house because they do not have separate rooms. The instructions were unclear and very difficult to follow. Epic fail.

10/10
The media could not be loaded. Very happy with my purchase, pups are too! The middle divider had an opening so I used the patio pieces to dive it so each pup can have their own space. The wood is a little wonky and crackable on some parts but house is pretty sturdy overall.

Amazing!!!
The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. It is the perfect size for both of my small dogs. One board did come broken. Since it came with a few extra screws, I used that to put the board back together.
