What is the seat height?

Folded up, from floor to top, 32cm approx. From bum to floor, 20cm approx. Height to the headrest varies depending on the amount of incline set, but at the most upright position, 72cm approx.

Is this comfortable/suitable to use as a bed overnight? or is it just for napping?

I didn't find it at all comfortable to sleep on overnight. I'm a side sleeper. Found it too hard. As a chair, it's lovely. I couldn't use it as a bed.
