Microphone sensitivity
Everything is fine for the headset expect then microphone sensitivity, it picks up people in the other room with the door closed with just normal speaking voices, and if you turn down the microphone volume then no one can even hear me. It’s either too loud or to quiet no inbetween.

Good for PC not so much for console
10/10 would eat this again no but seriously if you game on PC then you get the soround sound if you play on xbox/ps4 or anything that requires the headphone jack instead of the USB then I suggest looking elsewhere

Can easily say it is now a piece of garbage without a usb which is now fully damaged.
You can see my previous review below but if you're using this headset for gaming/music and the usb is damaged it becomes useless €90 worth garbage. I simply cannot believe that something that expensive ends up with such garbage quality. Disappointing is the least of the words that comes to my mind as I hate wasting money. I think I just use the cheap ones now as by the quality comparison with this one it makes no difference to me.I wrote a long review but accidentally deleted it. So yes, like a previously said, I was pretty happy with the headphones even tho they do tend to slip off on a small head and there seems to be slight discomfort after long period of wear. Sound is quite good, however, it seems to have infrequent disconnections now due to usb(checked). I find it difficult to understand such loosening when headphones are normally intact and I have only used them since christmas last year (2020). Makes me wonder about the quality for the price paid. Ironic too as return window closed on 31.01...

Great design but jury still out on this headset
Quality looking headset with great flexibility and adjustments options for ear pieces. Fold flat, turn, independent raising up and down of each ear piece providing an abundance of comfort options.Headset is pretty light, but based on placement could feel heavy than some headsets on market. It’s a quality headset, feels well built, so this isn’t surprising. Headset blocks out noise by giving a suction like feeling on ears. This may take some getting used to as my previous headset (HyperX Cloud 2) didn’t do this.In game, voice chat is clear, sound effects are a little quieter than my previous Headset on PS5. Might need settings adjustments to maximise sound in game.Love the way the mic can be left in, pulled out based on user preference. Multiple interchangeable Leads give flexibility to various connections. My biggest gripe is the lead connection to the headset. This is directly under the left ear piece, which can catch on collar or shoulder in some instances. Giving a friction sound to the headset. I purchased a 3.5mm Headphone Audio Converter that sits at 90 Degree Right Angle (see photo). This has worked wonders with no more friction noises, however can’t help but think this design flaw should never have made it into production. If I hadn’t found a workaround I would have returned. For this reason given it 3 stars.
