Bought a cool box anf it had a 2 pin plug which i new about.,but read reviews and it was good reviews and reasonable. I decided to invest in a 13 amp 2 pin plug as didnt think a shaver 2 pin would work. When i got coolbox i tried shaver plug and it work, but it felt flimsy and i though it isnt design to run something as high as my camping cool box. So read reviews on this plug and then ordered it. Glad i did now as it fits in more sturdy, and will give me piece of mind that it want let me down when i am away.1 year on i am still using it. Lots of camp2 trips. I am now investing in.a commpressor cool box as i have solar panels now and this uses to much power on a night when solar isnt generating power. I will continue using this thought as well as it fits between our seats in middle of us, so if we are on the go can fill this one full of drinks. So use as a storage box untill its life ends.

Needed one for hairdryers etc because other ones kept blowing fuses and this hasn’t. Quality feels good too

I wouldn't want to use a flimsy travel adapter to plug in a high current device, like my big powerful fan. This adapter seems perfect to handle my big, robust (10 amp) French fan.
