The installation was simple and easy. I'm so happy I got one it's very nice to have something you can use without wasting money on toilet paper. It has self cleaning, bum wash and female wash. It has different levels of presser and it fits on my toilet perfectly. I now enjoy using the restroom it's so refreshing!!!

Meets expectations, no tools needed. Installation is less than 5 minutes and the attachment pieces are sturdy so no leaks. The only issue I was not expecting was the gap between my toilet and the seat, plus there’s a lot of splashing.

What can I say? I giggle every time I use it. My daughter loves it so I have to get one for her bathroom as well. Installation was easy. Toilet paper consumption has decreased, which would be a plus if you are on septic. It does a great job. Well worth the money. It will be really nice this summer when one is hot and sweaty, refreshing....

I almost gave this four stars, but I decided that the satisfying although weird feeling of my rear end being so much cleaner than the rest of me is a sign that all bidets are wonderful, not that this one is particularly good. It does, obviously, work as a bidet. However, (1) The dial to adjust the pressure is pretty much window dressing; the pressure needed to open the valve and start the spray is abrupt and harsh and varies very little with the position of the dial. (2) The installation instructions are really awful. Granted this is very simple to install, but instructions shouldn't start out with the assumption that you already completely know how to do it. (3) There's really not much difference between the direction of the "woman parts" spray and the, err, universal parts spray, and I did have to sort of shift around on the seat to get everything, which takes a little practice in order to prevent water from escaping onto the floor (pressure is high, like I said).If you are as completely ignorant of plumbing as I am, you might want to read the instructions as I figured them out:1) remove toilet seat: those two square things 5 1/2" apart that seem to hold the toilet seat in place are actually bolt covers! You flip them up and then use a screwdriver to hold the bolt in place while you unscrew the plastic nut by hand from the other end.2) turn off the water supply by turning the oblong dial on the pipe going into the toilet tank to the right.3) unscrew the metal hose that's attached to the pipe right behind the dial. You might need pliers but mine had a big plastic rotating sort of faucet handle so I did it by hand.4) In the T-valve that came with the bidet, place the little plastic cone, pointy side up, in the largest opening and screw that part onto the pipe you just removed the hose from.5) screw the metal hose from #3 onto the part of the T-valve that points down.6) screw the metal hose that came with the bidet onto the part of the T-valve that points sideways and screw the other end onto the plastic threaded thing extending from the bottom of the bidet control panel.7) turn the water back on with as small a turn as possible. Turn the bidet pressure control dial SLOWLY until the water jets up (you'll have to have the toilet lid down, otherwise water goes halfway across the room). Try to adjust the main water valve for as little pressure as possible if you want the bidet to have anything resembling a low pressure setting. I'm not sure this actually made any difference.8) If there are any leaks, unscrew the leaking joint and wrap the plumber's tape that came with the bidet several times around the top third of the threads on the male part of the joint, then screw it back in. I didn't actually have to do this and I don't remember how many turns you're supposed to give plumber's tape, maybe 6.I'm not particularly handy and don't know anything about plumbing, but it's bothering me that there were no instructions for someone similarly ignorant. Please excuse any errors - it worked.
