Got this after watching “Robbie and Gary” on YouTube using it outside for hummingbirds! The little creatures LOVED bathing and drinking. Easy to set up and I ran the cord under the screen of my bedroom window, then plugged it into the nearest outlet. You can use the acrylic ball to give another look to the spout, but I and my wild birds are happy with the natural look! really was impressed by the weight of the fake rock nice and heavy , the water flows perfectly tier to tier with a natural stream trickle sound , i was not expecting the look to be that realistic but its a good looking scape .the pump has adjustable flow mine is on full blast and is picture perfect i add a piece of filter media in the last pool to keep the pump intake clean in my frog habitat

This is a great addition to my counseling office. Calm trickle and don't hear the motor running. So far I love it.

I am extremely disappointed in this product. My original review could not be posted, which is ridiculous because nothing was said besides facts. I received a used product when the description and entire product information did not state anything about it being new. That is false advertising, and I could live with that, if the product hadn't been growing mold and have a weird residue in the tubing and water reservoir. It is absolutely disgusting, and I'm hoping I can get it out with running rubbing alcohol through it. The pump itself isn't strong enough to run the water up the tube, no matter what speed you place it to. Once it gets into the top portion it pools, and then slides down two sides. The one side does not have enough pressure coming in to it, making it leak out the side of the fountain and down the side to the counter. That really isn't an issue for me bc mine is going into my snake tank, but for those that'll use it on a table or something not meant to soak up water, IT LEAKS.

This is a nice relaxing product that I have sitting in my office. The noise level is not too loud - you can't really hear the pump. It's really fun to use at night because of the color changing effect the orb has.A few things -Getting the water level right is key. Not enough water in the basin and the orb doesn't spin. Too much and one small bump causes water to slosh out of the basin.This one is obvious - keep out of pup's reach. My dog hopped up in the chair and decided she liked the fountain better as a water dish. Fountain stayed in place, surprisingly.It did not come with assembly instructions so I had to figure it out on my own. Not overly challenging, but a bit inconvenient.Getting the motor to anchor to the bottom of the basin with the suction cup feature isn't easy.Last - I love the light feature it comes with but it's kind of wasted during the day. Would be nice to be able to turn it off but still be able to use the fountain during the day.

The media could not be loaded. This is a nice size. I like that there are multiple tiers unlike others in this price range that only have 2. It’s nice that this came with some rocks, but there isn’t nearly enough, so I added some I had. You really can’t hear the water, but if you add a small rock to the spouts to disrupt the water flow, it’s makes a soothing sound. The light was a bit distracting, so I put a translucent rock over it, and it’s a nice effect in the dark.

At first it seemed really nice but within day's it has started leaking everywhere.. It spills over the sides and recently it's started leaking from the bottom...

We put this fountain in with our Beardie, to get the humidity up to where it needs to be for him. I really like how it is very quiet. We have it set to come on with the lights so it’s not on 24/7. I think that this prolongs the life of the pumps. Have two other pumps in the house set up the same way.
