Q: Can this be used on stainless steel with out scratching?

I wouldnt use it on stainless steel as it would more than likely scratch it ...use olive oil to clean it

I bought these and use them on my glass hob and they are brilliant - if they are good on glass with no damaged caused I would imagine they would be fine on enamel - it is the best scraper I have ever had for the job - hope this helps

Yes it does, also it confirms this in the discription too, but you have to scroll down quite a way. Mine leaves no scratches and amazing what it takes off. Not used it in the oven as yet.

Q: Can I use this on my windows?

Make a paste of olive oil and bicarbonate of soda. Spread over the sticker. Leave over night then remove with hot water and/or the scraper. You will probably then need to clean the window. This is what I do for jam jars so it would be the same solution.
