It is easy to use and I am pleased to have it. However the heat control switch is not easy to reach whensitting under the hood .

Terrible quality
This does not work well. The heat only comes from the back and a little from the sides. It takes hours to dry my hair. I really regret this purchase

Does not have a height adjustment only one height, quite loud, but over all does a very good job and a good product, it has a good range of temperatures , seems quite hardy and I am pleased with it

It does the job
This is great, I’m so happy I went ahead and got it. It’s very light, easy to carry around and store, it has a high, med, low and cool settings. It gets seriously hot, I feel like I’m at the hairdressers. With COVID and not being able to go to the hairdressers, I wished I‘d bought this earlier.

It’s handy if you haven’t got the space and it does dry the hair quickly but I would have preferred a standing one if I had the space
