Gorgeous Fan
This fan/light combo is gorgeous! I initially though it would be a bit small for my space, but now that I've had it for a year and a half oI can't imagine any other fan working so well. I normally don't like things too ornate and was worried this might be too much for me, but it's just perfect. The fan itself puts out a lot of air and the light is dimmable which is perfect for setting different moods.

Disappointed (UPDATED) - VERY HAPPY!
A bit challenging to install, but a beautiful fan. I was SO excited about it. However, there is a horrible KNOCK when operating. After spending over $450, my disappointment is palpable! I have had two separate handymen come out and attempt to rebalance, adjust the fan blades, etc - with no resolution. They say they believe that the problem is in the motor. I have already thrown away the box so I cannot return the fan - or I would. I'm still in the process of trying to figure out a contact solution. UPDATED 2/12/23: after contacting the seller and communicating with one of their representatives, they replaced the fan free of charge without asking that the defective fan be returned! I was thrilled (and a little surprised) at how easy and pleasant the interaction was! Customer service does not seem to be important to many businesses these days, but Lamps Plus was better than I could have imagined. The new fan is up, beautiful, and operating perfectly!!)

Beautiful fan, be patient with installation
This is a beautiful fan. I loved the picture, but it is even better in person. You need to have at least intermediate handyman skills to assemble and install the fan. It is a little more complex than your standard ceiling fan from Home Depot. Take your time and follow the directions exactly. The seller was outstanding! I needed to special order a different down rod (I have 12' ceilings) and they were right on it. Helped me out and the new down rod even arrived ahead of schedule.Keep in mind this fan is HEAVY. You MUST ensure that the mounting is secure. There is also a safety cable that you can attach to an additional anchor for greater safety. Also, DO NOT connect it to a dimmer. It will not work correctly. It must be connected to either a standard wall switch or to a branch circuit directly.

Casa vs. Hunter
We have always purchased Hunter fans for our homes. I have a hunter fan in my bedroom that is quite pretty, the most decorative one they offer....but wanted something more ornate in my living room, and the Hunter brand didn't seem to have the extra detailedlook that I wanted....So we opted for this one. Quite a price difference $399 vs. $199 52" vs 56". I made the wrong choice. The Hunter fan that I should have repurchased is of much better quality. The light base is much bigger and in comparison the Casa looks quite cheap. The blades are wider and overall the Hunter is more solid. The casa was difficult to put together and put up, whereas Hunter fans always piece together perfectly. After it was completed I was disappointed in the look, and regret this purchase.... wishing I had bought the same fan we put up in my bedroom for half the price... much prettier. There is a reason why this twice the price fan is not a recognized brand. One star because way overpriced poor to fair quality.

Good air circulation
Very pretty but for the price I paid it thought the blades would be wider to fill more visual space. The installation was difficult because there were many wires housed in the box that needed to be placed in the ceiling & it has a very small mount to cover all the wires. It was NOT easy but it looks nice.

Ceiling fan
Bought for my great room its beautiful. Had to return the first one as it did not work. Came from Lamps Plus 3rd party but the response was great and had another one in a week.

Very Elegant Ceiling Fan! Works Great!
The media could not be loaded. We chose this 56” Casa Esperanza Ceiling Fan, because of the elegant design, cooling capability and large size, as we needed a fan with larger blades for our high ceiling. We have had this ceiling fan installed for over 4-years & we continue to be impressed with how quiet it is & how cool it keeps our home. Love the high-quality wrought iron accents, very classy looking! We added a 24” Classic Roman Bronze Ceiling Medallion, which we purchased separately from Lamps Plus (same company that this ceiling fan ships from). Excellent fan & Excellent customer service!

Great fan, professional experience needed
The quality of the fan is outstanding, it is beautiful, quiet, and moves a lot of air.So why 3 stars? The assembly instructions are terrible. The instructions appear to be for a number of different models and do not necessarily correspond to the unit shipped.Additionally the instructions for assembling the accessories does not appear as part of the manual but a separate sheet of paper. Which in my case was placed at the back of the manual and required disassembling the unit to actually put the accessories on.If you are not significantly mechanically inclined, and I don’t mean just being able to turn screws, I mean being able to visualize mechanical construction in your mind, do not buy this item. It is not for a novice, this is truly a item for professionals within the building industry.
