I sprinkle this on our lawn and back yard to prevent critters. It has helped but of course we have to keep reapplying monthly but it does keep animals off the areas we have applied.Also yummy on our pizza and food.*PROS:Great to repel critters.Tasty on food.Versatile.*CONS:None so far.

I actually bought this just to use as a mouse repellant in my shop with dirt floor. I cleaned up the shop really well and then dumped this all around in the corners and really just all over where mice might like to make themselves at home. It did not work. Mice moved back in and this didn't seem to affect them at all. I do not believe there is ANY mouse repellant that works. Not the electronic ones or the herbal ones or anything else. Poison DOES work but then you have dead mice inside. I resorted to tomcat poison after this failed me and now I am finding the dead bodies inside the shop. Still gave it 4 stars because the chilli flakes are nice and spicy and would work well for a food topping. Way too much for anything but a restaurant though.

I buy a lot of red pepper flakes because I use them in the chopped that I make for my chickens. I shopped frequently for the best value and this one by far blows everyone else away. I save the plastic container from the First large volume of red pepper, flake that I bought and purchase red pepper flakes and bags to refill that plastic container. I was very surprised how much is in this bag as it is vacuum sealed, and when I opened it, I filled my container and still had a lot left in the bag. I recommend this to everybody. And of course you can’t go wrong with red pepper flakes, lol.

These Chillis are first class fresh dried. I bought the 10lb bag to give us plenty for us and our chickens. Chickens love them and so do we!
