Great Product, well built, great price
I just received my inversion table and put it together today. Takes about 40 minutes. I would recommend a ratchet wrench, will make things easier. If not, the tools they give you will work just will take much longer. The directions are clear, concise, no missing parts, all parts are labeled well and actually greased! You may not think that's important but if you've ever had an issue with a screw that gets stuck in the treads? good luck getting it out, so anyway. So let's get to the actual product. I am a retired Chiropractor and have always recommended inversion tables for help with stretching or decompressing your low back. I specialized in treatments of herniated and bulging discs as well as various forms of stenosis. (IYKYK) Decompression and Class IV laser therapy heals the disc completely. So having the table is part one for getting the relief you need. It will not cure the disc but it will stabilize it. Use this machine for 2-3 minutes completely inverted, if you just use flat or a little more than 180 degrees then you can stay for up to 8 minutes. I caution staying up side down too long as this could change the pressure in the carotid sinuses, which balance blood pressure in your brain, an ultimately be the cause of increased headaches or dizziness. Use slowly in the beginning and be naturally cautious. So this machine is well, made, well constructed. I'm 6'1", 250 lbs and it holds me very comfortably. No reason to spend more money, this one works great! I got mine for $124 you can't beat it, if it lasts 2 years I've got my monies worth! Hope this helps with your decision

Great product reasonable price compared to other brands
Great product so far I’ve it for a week now. A family member recommended another brand but I went with this one due to its reasonable cost to other brands. Assembly took me about a hour but I went from barely standing up from a really bad sciatica to standing for hours at work in a week. I use it 3min in the morning before leaving for work and 3 min as soon as I get get with shoes on. Makes it easier with shoes and less painful with all your weight hanging from your ankles

4 ½ Stars. Well Made, Amazing Results!
It preforms exactly as expected, it is sturdy and well made. Setup and use are quick and easy.Assembly took about 45 minutes and is pretty straightforward as long as you follow the instructions. The only slight issue I have with the ankle holders. I found the reverse method to be much more comfortable with the rubber-foam round cushions on the outer pegs, grabbing the shin and top of the foot, instead of the way the instructions show, with the plastic cup cushions on the outer pegs. Also, it would be nice if the ankle clamp mechanism had finer a finer adjustment range. I feel it's either too tight or a little loose (Which is how I use it) but snug would probably feel better. If I wear thick or double socks it's just right, so no biggie.The results are amazing, I felt noticeable reduction in my back pain after the first minute of use and after a few treatments the pain was almost completely gone! I wish I bought it years ago...Overall, it is a great product, especially for the price.

A solid inversion table at a great price.
Tremendous product. Tremendous value.1) Build quality. Very, very solid. I'm 6'1" 240lbs and have no issues at all. No wobbling.2) Assembly. Much faster if you have a 1/2" ratcheting socket wrench and a 1/2" box (closed) wrench. Comes with a couple of flimsy, flat 1/2" inch open wrenches. They would work in a pinch but, tedious.3) Center of balance. Very important that you figure this out before using the product. Turns out that my torso is slightly heavier than my lower body. So, I set the height to 6'2" and put a piece of yellow tape over that setting so I wouldn't forget. Because...4) Going down and getting back up. Once the center of balance is set, this shouldn't be an issue. If you have difficulty getting back up, that's what the handles are for. I can go back and get back up with ease.5) Value. After using this product for a few days I'm not sure why you'd buy anything else. It does exactly what I need it to do. Half the cost of some bigger brands.

Inversion Table
So far so good. Took me about 30 minutes to assemble. I suggest to anyone buying this get two 13 mm socket sets to put this together. The included wrenches are impractical to use. The jury is still out on if this will work for me. I purchased it because of some lower back pain and figured why not give it a try? The first time going on this I actually got a nice release from my back so that was great! Overall I think this is a good buy for anyone wanting to try it out. It seems to be well built and the instructions to assemble are easy to read.

$ well spent!!
My Lord!! This thing was worth every penny within the first few seconds of inverting to 90 degrees. My spine released 4-5 times and I had instant relief from my mid to lower back pain that has been plaguing me for the past 5 years. I went to the chiropractor this morning and paid 1/2 the price of this table for an adjustment that didn’t help at all. If you’re on the fence, do yourself a favor and buy it.1 week update: My first decompression last week was a major success. My back has been sore this past week, BUT I am pain free. The pinching I’ve had in my lower back for years is gone. Massage gun and ice help. I’ve been playing with the foot pads and prefer the foam on the back of my legs as the holders feel more secure in front.

Well Built, Helps, Easy to Assemble all for a great price!
This is a really study, well built inversion table that seems to have really helped my back just in a few weeks with only 4 - 5 minutes once or twice a day. And I'm only on Setting 2 out of 5! I'm amazed at the relaxing stretch it provides. Easy to assemble in a little over an hour. Don't waste your money on machines with vibration and heat - you are not supposed to be on it for more than say 7 minutes. Go with this one!
