I take one before I lift weights and it gives me the most insane pumps i’ve ever had in my life. I also take another one before bed. I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know because of how much i actually feel it’s effectiveness. It makes me incredibly strong. Always eat it with a carb. I take mine with creatine and the effects of them both together make me feel like an absolute animal after a good workout lol

I started to take 2 of these and it took a couple of weeks before I noticed a change. I felt more energetic. I don’t have any weight to lose, I just read that this is a good vitamin to take. I’m a huge vitamin nut and wanted to try it. I backed down to 1 after 3 weeks because I felt they were possibly making me a bit grumpy or hyper. I was losing patience with my pup which isn’t something I desire & she doesn’t deserve! Taking just 1 has fixed that problem and I reordered a bottle.

I have been using this product for several weeks and can tell you that I have gotten better nootropic effects from other brands. They say you get 1500MG in two capsules but the effect is very weak and to get a similar focus and concentration effect I get from other brands I have to take three capsules in one dose. That brings the amount I have to take to well over 2 grams.I think overall it is a waste of money because at only 750MG at one of the other popular brand I have been using for years their ALCAR products I get a much stronger effect than the 2 Grams plus I have to take of this stuff. I do not recommend this for the nootropic effect you may need for concentration and focus.I can tell you that this is a very weak form of Alcar, I do not know where they source their product but it is not that effective. Alcar will also tend to give an energy boost but this product gives none at all. It is Alcar but I have take so much of it to get a recognizable effect that I can't recommend this product at all and will not be buying it again.
