Great addition to salad
This balsamic glaze is a great addition to salad. Add oil and you have quick dressing. It has a nice tang and its not too thick. You don't need a lot. It is a little bit sweet. Keep that in mind.

A Fine Balsamic Reduction
Excellent product. Great flavor & consistency. I use in place of any balsamic vinegar for more texture and flavor on salad, grilling, in sauces. A Must Try.

I do not like the flavor
I don’t care for this heavy glaze . I added it for capprese and it wasn’t what I thought it would be.I thought the money value was good. Did not enjoy the taste in my vegetables either.
