Cut myself without even knowing it on my first use! Sharp....very sharp! These knives are thinner than expected, it was pleasant surprise. The cut as advertised, great starter set.So nice.

NOT SHARP - shorted my refund
Bought these knives for my husbands Christmas present after researching and reading reviews. We were deeply disappointed with the quality - you could push your fingers on the blade bare handed straight out of the box and not cut yourself. I returned the knives and received a $95 "restocking fee" docked from my refund for these defective knives. NOT OKAY. WARNING! I contacted the company for 10 days with no reply. Amazon got involved and refunded me.

Wife loves them
Best gift I’ve given her in a while. Nice sharp knives, easy to strop and refine the edge

Great knives
As always shins are great! I like these even more than my classic line knives to be honest, they just don’t have the same selection of knives. Regardless if you’re looking for a basic set of knives this is an excellent choice, they are comfortable in the hand and razor sharp!

Not For Large Hands
As I used this knife set, I kept nicking the back of my forefinger on the back tip of the blade. I slowed down and just watched what was happening. The small size of the handle, with the generic design in the handle shape, combined with the angle presentation of the back of the blade results in my hand tending to come to rest on the back of the blade. As I worked with the knife, the back of my forefinger would interact with the back of the blade, causing multiple nicks.
