I’ve been using this liquid liner for at least the last 10 years or more and I always get the same one! I’ve tried so many others in between Just to see, but for me, this is the best one! It’s so easy to hold to put it on, and it goes on so clean but still dark. It doesn’t smudge badly by the end of the night. Just the absolute best liquid eyeliner I’ve tried.

It used to be called "Amazing i-Liner". I've tried other eyeliners over the years in a genuine effort to move on from this product, but they don't seem to do it for me like this does. I do believe the formula has changed, as it does take reapplication of the eyeliner to get an opaque look. While it's labeled hypoallergenic and no doubt it is, I notice fresh bottles tend to sting but leave no irritation on the skin. The applicator tip also is pretty stiff at first but once you break it in — it does work beautifully.Here's why I've kept buying this eyeliner for over 20 years:1. A true matte finish.I've purchased "matte" eyeliners that have end up having a semi-gloss finish, or a weird sticky flakey texture. My theory is because these products attempt to waterproof the formula which sacrifice that flat matte finish. While unfortunately this Almay eyeliner isn't waterproof and therefore not smudgeproof — there's nothing a little finishing spray or eyeshadow primer can't do. I've used both with great results during swimming and gym workouts. In my opinion, I love the true matte black and don't mind it doesn't have those other properties built into to it.2. A fantastic felt tip applicator.Something about the shape, material, length, and absorbency of this applicator works perfectly for my hooded eyelids. There are $20+ high-end eyeliners that just don't get right what this $7 drugstore eyeliner can do. Some felt tips are too long and therefore hard to control, some are a thin brush which doesn't hold as much product in one swipe. If you want to avoid breaking in the felt tip and the roughness that comes at first, I recommend just squeezing the felt tip between your fingers and gently bend it around to soften it a bit more.3. A long-lasting amount of product.You'd be surprised how long that little "ink well" of eyeliner can last you! Usually the felt tip applicator is the first to go (after a long while of usage) before you actually run out of product. I like that Almay has kept this element of their eyeliner consistent over the years.Those are my 2 cents. Definitely will continue to buy this for years to come. :)

This is my favorite liner. Goes on easy, wears long. Hard to find. Checked and sure enough found it on Amazon. Thank you Amazon!!!

Advertised as waterproof but there's nothing on the package or bottle that says it is waterproof at all. I still give it 4 stars because I know it's a good product.

This used to be a good product but it no longer is. The applicator is wide and blunt and it is impossible to draw a straight line. It's just awful. The liquid is thick and does not flow smoothly. It also does not seem to be very waterproof as it was easily removed with water on a cotton pad.

It is eyeliner. I use it as part of my daily makeup routine. I like Almay because it doesn't cause any allergic reactions.Plus, the applicator is the kind I prefer.

It was not comfortable for me to apply because the brush was hard. The color comes off in the water

This Almay eyeliner is the best, I ordered the brown liquid eyeliner and it goes on so smooth and it looks so pretty, stays on on all. I absolutely love it. I'll be ordering it again.

Muy fácil de usar, me gusto el color y duradero.

Me gustó mucho porque es muy facil realizar tu delineado, pero no pigmenta mucho, no queda super negro, y si das más pasadas queda un poco parchoso pero me gustó porque es de línea hipoalergénica y eso me ayuda mucho a mis ojos ya que tengo conjuntivitis alérgica

I love this eyeliner so much that when drugstores stopped carrying it, I found it online... I have tried a ton of other brands but I either hate the quality of the liquid OR the shape of the brush. This is the only one that works for me. The brush is the perfect shape of sponge, making it SO easy to apply in the mornings. Seriously! I never mess up. It tends to give a bit of a thicker line than some might like but I would rather think and even than thin and messy.

Hardly visible on dark skin. Not recommended
