I used it to cover knots and exposed beading thread. I like the way it looks.

I received these today, just in time to cover the knot in a Bracelet I made for My Son. This size and design fit well over a three tie knot. Since they’re small it’s a bit tedious trying to get them on properly. But once that’s done, it’s just a matter of closing the cover. I bought these because I’m not fond of the appearance of the noticeable knot in tied Bracelets.Unfortunately I didn’t buy these before I made a Bracelet for one of my other Relatives’s Birthday. I can’t fix that situation because the Bracelet has been delivered. My idea is to fix it later when I see her. These Covers came packaged in a small plastic bag, and placed inside of a slightly larger zip lock type bag.The only problem was that of a fragrance. I discovered that an order of other Beads, also in the shipment, had been exposed to a fragrance which resulted in my having to throw away the outer zip lock bag that these “Covers” were in. Either the package of the other Beads had a fragrance on them or someone with fragrance on their hands, handled the packaging and or the Beads. There wasn’t any fragrance in or on the shipping package. And my other item in the shipment didn’t have a fragrance either. I really like these “Covers”. Yes, I will buy this item again. They are well worth it.

I'm always having a tough time applying crimp covers but these went on very easily over a 3mm crimp. They are very nice and blended well with my bracelet. The only downside is that it does not crimp completely round. Will also order the 4mm crimp covers.

I got these for a jewelry project, there were perfect but they do tarnish very quickly!

Love these gold colored knot covers. I use them to cover knots when making stretch bracelets and necklaces I sell on Etsy. When I’m using 0.8mm or 1mm stretch cord, I knot the cord about 3-4 times at the end and then cover it with these knot covers. Works great and looks nice. Makes the product look professional and finished with these. Easy to clamp closed over the knot with a pair of small pliers. Recommend if you’re just getting into jewelry making and aren’t yet comfortable hiding the knot in a bead and sometimes it’s not possible to do if the bead hole is small and the cord is 0.8mm-1mm thick, so these knot covers save the day.

Good inexpensive crimp covers for our necklace stringer to use. Less expensive than gold plating sterling silver crimp covers.
