best candles ever
I have purchased a few of these and I don't think I'll ever buy any other brand! They are the absolute BEST. The scents are strong but not overwhelming, they burn to the very last millimeter of wick, and they look beautiful in every room because the design is so simple and elegant. I have tried Milk & Sugar, Pumpkin Patch, Cup o' Joe (my favorite), and Harvest Festival. The only incident I had with one of them was quite dramatic... the glass exploded while the candle was still burning, sending wax and shards everywhere! Truth be told, there was hardly any candle left so maybe the glass overheated? It was a bit messy but no injuries to report. Will buy again and again!

Cleaner than most candles and still smells amazing!
I love pure coconut, beeswax, or soy candles but they are usually so expensive and the scent throws for a bit and then dies off. These smell awesome, last longer than most "clean" candles, and look cute to boot.

Lid too tight
I am pleased the candles are wrapped so well to prevent breakage. My only complaint is that I ordered 2, and 1 of them the lid is SO tight, I'm unable to get it off.Does anyone have a tip on getting it off? It looks like the lid was covered by plastic underneath.

Best candle I have bought in a long time
I bought the Balsam & Cedar scent, and it is wonderful! I have been looking for a scent just like this for a while but cannot seem to find the right brand or scent combination. It has a beautiful scent of pine trees that makes me think of Christmas. I left the lid off the jar after it arrived to see how long the strong scent would last, and the scent lasted for several days without ever needing to burn the candle! What was great about it too is that I have an open living room and kitchen space with high ceilings and so I need something with a strong scent to fill the room; this candle did just that, again even without needing to burn it for the first few days! It also has lasted so long. I am still not finished with it, and the scent is still great after many hours of burn time. I wish I could give this more than five stars. One of the major selling points was that it is made in the USA. That was one of the first things that drew me to this purchase. Another reason I bought this was because it is supposed to be 100% paraffin-free. The box says it is natural soy wax infused with beeswax; this is just the type of candle I was looking for. One last happy surprise: The glass jar is clear and recyclable. I love candles, but I have a very hard time getting rid of the containers when they come in pretty jars that I cannot bear to throw away. I do not feel so guilty with this one and now am happy to buy another because I do not feel I need to add the jar to my growing collection. Do not get me wrong; the design is great decor. If I could recycle the jar by sending it back to the company for a refill, that would be great, and I would send them about a half-dozen other candle jars to fill up as well!Overall, I love this candle and would like to buy it again. I definitely recommend the Balsam & Cedar scent!

I love these candles
I have gotten Pumpkin, Basalm & Cedar, Woodland Frost, and Cup O Joe.Pumpkin has a really strong scent and is amazing. Fall.Basalm a little less scent but smells really good. Perfect for WinterWoodland Frost had even less scent than the others, its good, just as a comparison I would pass and grab something else.Cup O Joe, arrived broken but a replacement is on the way.Biggest problem with these candles is opening them. When you get them they have sealed some plastic wrap and screwed the lid down over it. Makes it feel impossible to get into. I dont know why they do this but it seems like a terrible maneuver. To open the candle, I did the following:1. I twist open, and when it stops and wont budge, I will hold it there for a bit anyway, like 10 seconds. One of the candles released and opened this way but when I didnt wait 10ish seconds it felt impossible to open.2. I use a plastic pry piece to lift the lid up after step 1. I was using a videogame controller plastic pry bar for taking off grips. I used it and turned a little, used it again and the lid half popped up which allowed for an easy followup twist off. This candle company has a great product, but be ready for the possibility of a shattered candle, or a seemingly impossible lid. They really need to address both these issues and I have no idea why they haven't yet.

Did they change the formula?
I’ve been buying these candles for years and I feel like they are not as strong as they use to be… I like the scent and it’s perfect for the holidays, but the smell does not fill the room like it use to.

The wood burning smell out powered the candle smells
The candles smell great in the jar. The label and lid is very cute. I cannot burn the candle very long before I started smelling a burning smell which was the wick either burning too fast or too hot. Unfortunately over power of the candle. I sadley no longer use it.
