I've had this chair for 3 years and it still looks and feels good. I'm 5'0 and 107 lbs so it's plenty of room for me, I always cross my legs in it and the leather hasn't cracked or peeled. There's also no sqeaking and it doesn't do the thing where it sinks when you sit in it. The picture is my chair 3 years later. If you see the black mark on the chair it's from a pen. I haven't tried cleaning it off yet so I can't attest to how easy it is to clean.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great chair for the money. Comfortable. We already had one that has lasted us so far for 2+ years. Needed a second one for a second office area. No complaints.

this is a good chair.. though i overlooked that this is midback.. i need more of a high back one.. I'd really like to just keep and swap out the bakcs but dont believe there is an option to. This was to replace a decent office chair in used condition that apparently had a broken weld over time.. it was from by buddy before moving to long beach for this studies and career.The chair was easy to assemble following the instructions with a little to no text.. and of course when sat on and leaning back with the tilt lock off, it was still tight but again this is new.I decided to just return it and go into a retail store and try out a chair before buying. Disassembly can be a pain so I'd suggest looking at you tube videos on how to.. and use a protective blanket/towel, etc to the parts to be "hammered out" along with preferably a wooden or rubber mallot. A metal hammer is fine but i'd wrap the hammer head too with a towel or blanket

When I ordered this item a few days ago, I was extremely pleased to get "same day delivery"! For an additional fee of $22 you can get a "hassle free" 3 Year Protection Plan. The item is packed extremely well and all the parts are properly labeled. However, there is a BUT - there are few written comments regarding the assembly, and what there are is written in CHINESE. Each assembly step is numbered and shows a picture of the part required for that assembly step and what the item should look like after the assembly of each step. Not too bad - but with no actual description for the part required to adjust the seat height - I am not able to make the seat go higher/lower. Fortunately, the height is OK for my needs, but I would like to be able to adjust the seat. One last item, the faux leather chair back has a wrinkle at the bottom. All in all, for the price of the chair, the problems are something I can live with.

This is the third time I've purchased one of these chairs. I've had every kind of office chair there is from cheap to ridiculously expensive and quite honestly, I don't really think any of them are worth the money paid. That being said, this is kind of the "goldilocks" of chairs. Not particularly high end, but not too basic, not too expensive but not too cheap. The last one I had only lasted about a year before the pad wore down and it was quite uncomfortable.. but I still kept it another year until I couldn't take it anymore. So I would say if you can find it on Amazon Warehouse for a little cheaper price, it will be worth it. While the pad is new, it's super comfortable and the faux leather didn't even wear out before it became uncomfortable, so I am pretty happy with it overall. When assembling, make sure not to tighten the screws at all - just set them in place until you get everything together. Then, go back and fully tighten everything. I learned this the hard way before and the screw holes won't line up if everything is tightened ahead of time. Otherwise, assembly is 15 mins max by myself (I despise putting things together, another reason for my delay in replacing the chair). I work remote 5 days / 40 hours, so this chair gets a lot of use. If you use it less than this, you may get more life out of it.
