Good on everything esp eggs, grilled veggies, and fish. I gift it often as well— it’s a great “Florida foodie” gift. Much better than stupid key lime coconut candy, which I have never seen once in Florida... except at airport gift stores!

The flavor is nice, but Datil peppers are not the star here. Fairly mild heat wise. I expected more datil for the price.

Piquant, sweet and full of depth. The citrus notes play very well off of the spicy/sweet peppers. Not too spicy, just the right amount I expected.It especially goes great on baja-style fish tacos and as a dipping sauce with coconut shrimp!BEST HOT SAUCE EVER!

What an amazing sauce! You can taste the citrus for sure, wonderful medium thick texture and just enough heat to warm you up!

This is vile tasting. I cannot imagine someone enjoying this flavor.

While it's personally a little too sweet and fruity for my taste, it has its place in the world. Anyone who does like fruitier hot sauces would find this sauce very enjoyable.
