This thing is essential in my kid's diet. It is always convenient, packed with protein, and incredibly good for digestion. Before, when I had to study at night and couldn't wake up in the morning, I would leave a couple of packets of this, a covered cup of Cheerios, a juice drink, and a muffin for the first breakfast of my kid, and it would hold him great till I wake up and make a second breakfast. Then I used to take these ones to the pool, soccer field, etc. for my kids as a snack. Essential.

My 2.5 year old loves these. We work on the road and she comes with a lot of days. Having good go to snacks that travel well is hard but I know she is getting nutrients from these and it breaks up the goldfish cycle.

These have been a great “go to” for my son. They are so easy! They do not need to be refrigerated. Perfect for in the car snacking(the top screws right back on.) good source of protein and a range of flavors.

My child loves yogurt, so these are great when we are traveling as they don't need to be refridgerated unless opened and not finished.

You can't beat the convenience of a yogurt that doesn't need to be refrigerated. Keep in mind, however, that means there are no active cultures in this product. So if you're looking for the probiotic benefits, look elsewhere. The flavor is good enough, and there is less sugar (and a bigger portion) than most Go-Gurt. But I really only started buying these because Chobani stopped making their Kid's greek yogurt pouches - which are the gold standard, in my opinion.

I love these yogurts.They are perfect for snacks or breakfast.As a mom of 2 children I am always in a rush and to be honest sometimes I do not have time for breakfast and this is what I give my 3 yearl old toddler.
