Well written instructions, great product, beautiful result
Second time I've used this product with a wall-mounted TV to conceal the wires behind the wall. Delivery was quick. Instructions are clear and the installation process is simple, totally manageable DIY project that gives a professional, clean-looking result. Instructions suggest, and I agree, that if you plan to run any HDMI or other non-powered wires or cables, use a fishing tape like electricians use.

Great quality. Simple to install.
This is my first in-wall cable management install. And now that I have completed it, I can say that the overall design of this system is excellent! You will need to provide your own electric drill and stud finder, but the kit comes with a high quality hole saw blade. You attach the saw blade to your electric drill to make the two holes necessary for the brackets. When I installed my in-wall cable management kit, I came across a couple of unforseen problems. So I did take me a bit longer than what the website said it would. Since my install was on an outside wall (a load bearing wall), I encountered a 2x4 going across horizontally, which blocked the path for the cables. So I had to patch that hole and drill another hole below the 2x4. But because of the hole-cutting blade, I had the perfect size piece of drywall to patch the first hole and got that taken care of quickly. No biggy - just lost time. Reset the clock. Start over. Cutting the two holes was quick, but then when I tried to pass the cables I found out that there was a metal pipe going through the wall horizontally near the ground. It took some careful threading to get the plug end of the cable bracket to go past the pipe, but it eventually did. I fed the HDMI cables through the wall and through the brackets. Then I snapped them into the wall and added the frame-like ring of plastic to cover the rough edges of the drywall. A word of advice - definitely feed all cables through before snapping the bracket in place. It is easier to fish the cables through the holes in the wall and then feed them through the bracket prior to snapping the bracket into the wall. If not for these two set-backs, it would have been a very simple install that could have been done in less than 30 minutes. The actual cable kit is very easy to work with and install as long as everything goes as planned. The finished product looks great and costs a lot less than paying for an electrician to come out and install a hardwired, in-the-wall bracket. The only difference is you have to use an extension cord, which is provided with the kit. The female end of the extension cord plugs into the bottom bracket and the male end of the extension cord plugs into your regular wall outlet. For me, the extension cord is hidden by my TV console though, so I'm glad I did it myself and didn't spend a lot of money to have an electrician come out and do it. The final product is a professional looking wall mount system without the expense!

Awesome product!
Really happy with this in-wall cable management kit. Awesome product, no electrical work needed - it's basically a fancy extension cord that allows you to hide any necessary tv port cables (hdmi, etc) in-wall. Super quick and easy to install, clear instructions, hole saw included, plenty of in-wall wire and wire to the outlet. Works great, looks amazing, no visible wires between wall mounted TV and media table. I ran 2 low voltage cables (hdmi, etc.) through it, was room for more. Worth carefully picking the wall mounted plug location before drilling the 3" hole to avoid crushing the power cord with any hanging brackets and ensuring adequate length for TV power cords and low voltage cables to be hidden. 90 degree LG OLED power plug fits easy. Heads up, this kit does require several inches of space behind the dry wall, was pretty snug.

Simple and professional DIY results!
In the past, I would hard wire into the nearset lower wall outlet and then route a 14-2 romex up to a box behind the TV. This approach proved a clean result but required drywall patching and painting to get the desired look. The Echogear provides the same desired no wires in view withou any drywall repair or painting required!. It simply jumpers and extension cable over from the outlet at the floor over to the lower Echogear connection and runs a cable on the insiade of the wall up to where the TV is mounted.. I have a 1 ft. extension cable on order to clean up the wiring on the lower left and a console table os coming by the weekend to finish off the overall look. Literally a 30 minute installation.. tops.

Faulty Hole saw but great product!
The product is great & works perfectly however the hole saw included to cut thru the drywall was very poor. I had to improvise with a spade but I already had to make the proper sized hole. But once that was done, the product installed very easily & works great.
