I like the quick detach versus screwing it onto the rail, and it is held on very firmly. I put this on a ruger p95. I have not fired with the light on but i know it will hold up just by the feel. Brightness is good and i like the strobe feature. Very good for the price. I dont know how long battery lasts but i reccomend buying a pack of cr123's with this light. I only wish it was prime, but worth the extra few bucks. Very pleased.
