I took this on the advise of a medical doctor and through my own research on reputable websites. This particular brand had all the requirements I was looking for. It took about a week to begin working, but the relief was quite noticeable in my knees. While it did not get rid of all pain, it brought it down to a level much easier to handle, and I can move much better now.

This seller offers prompt, sustainable delivery and you can even subscribe on auto-refill if you want. The healing benefits of the product are still suspect for me, as I cannot tell if it works or not for pain relief or other medicinal or therapeutic value. This particular product almost always causes a distasteful reflux, but it subsides after an hour or so even if taking with a meal. I find it tolerable. Buy at your discretion.

Inflammation

Not too long ago, I started having pain in my joints, my muscles, in my eyes, my fingers, my toes, my head. Before that I had been having severe constipation that caused bloating and aches, cramps and spasms down my thighs. I was not able to get a definitive diagnosis for rheumatoid arthritis so I am still not sure what it is that I have. What I do know is that this product has helped with both of my problems. Within minutes of taking these pills, my pains subside, not disappear, but fade so much I am able to go about my regular routine. I have tried the Costco brand and they do not seem to help as much. After about a month of these pills my constipation is gone, even when I went on a recent trip, which is usually when things get complicated. I know sometimes it is hard to find a good product and sort through the many promises out there so I want people to know that this worked for me.

Pain relief!

I take this daily, but I haven't isolated it vs other aniinflammatory or antioxidant supps. I just keep taking it based on med journals, but haven't seen isolated analysis of this specific product for efficacy and potency.
