Put it on and you’re done.
I put it on my engine and with three pulls it started up and ran great.

Great fit.
Worked great right from the start. Used it on my tiller and it cranked up on the second pull.

Perfect fit
Needed a new carburetor to replace my lean running Briggs carb. Bolted it on and my Ariens Compact 24 with a 250cc engine runs perfectly again and no more backfire on decell. Too bad Briggs can't make a carburetor that works this good.

It's not great, but it is cheap!
Carb comes with a bag of parts that are not useable on most Briggs engines of this style, & a chi-com spark plug that I would not trust. 2 of the 3 included gaskets were for different engines. The carb bolted right on, & seems to work ok, but I'm seeing black smoke on acceleration, so It's running rich. I used my existing choke lever because it was different, but it fit this carb fine. We shall see if the carb lasts longer than 1 season on my leaf vacuum. This carb is less than half price of the OEM (which is also made in China). So pick your poison, you usually get what you pay for, just don't base your choice on the extras they throw in with this one, as they are mostly useless.

Ehhhhhhhhh
The float in the bowl gets and gas will flood the carb. Have had it happen several times. Eventually I decided to alter the float and it hasn’t happened again. Obviously the quality isn’t great at this price point. Save yourself some hassle and go OEM or spend the time altering your float before you install.

Does the job....barely
I ordered this for a Poulan Pro 900 Rototiller....I reinstalled my original parts (gaskets, bolts and choke lever)...started up on first pull, but it sounded quite lean even when i adjusted throttle to full....smells alot like gas and exhaust....ran fingers along fuel line and bottom of float bowl and found no leaks....maybe I'll adjust that screw - maybe idle mixture too low. The worst thing with this is not the excessive vibration and shaking, but the choke spring controlling the white plastic choke sprocket is way too brittle and stiff....i am afraid of breaking either the 3 position sprocket or the lever itself....the only way to ease the tension is to file down the indents in the 3 way white sprocket - but you file it a bit too much and say goodbye to your choke control. As i only use the tiller above 15 Celsius, i will leave choke more or less permanently in 'run' position. I'll save up abit and invest in a ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning my oem old carburetor probably gummed up with gelled gasoline. The thing ran beautifully before plugging up. (a bit of old gas was probably left in tank after draining before winter). I'll probably also look for a 75 micron or larger fuel filter to install after gas tank for gravity run fuel systems....anyways for this price, the carb was less than half the price the small engine garage charged for ultrasonic cleaning of part...go for it if u can live with the minor mods maybe necessary.

Started first pull
I was a little hesitant to buy this carburetor because of a few negative reviews. I installed it and it worked great, started first pull. The only thing to note is that the gasket for the air intake has a hole in the wrong place and doesn't line up properly. I just reused the old one.
