The kids take these everyday for about 5 months and they haven't been sick lately. Last year they were sick most of the year and now that they are taking a vitamin they have been better in not getting sick and remind me to take it everyday same as mommies vitamins. They love the smell and taste of these vitamins it doesn't compare to Flintstone vitamins haha. I know elderberry is good for them in a tasty gummy it's great. The ease of use that I can give the kids and they chew it and move on with their day. Recommend to anyone with littles my kids are 3 and 4. 2-3 take 1 gummy faily and the 4-12 years old can take two daily.

I started my daughter on these towards then end of summer before she started her first year of preschool, they work great! She’s had half the sicknesses every other kid has had! The vitamins are always fresh (which I’ll be honest, I was nervous about since it was being shipped from a warehouse). My daughter loves them and I love them for her immune system. My almost 2 year old loves these. He gets one every morning and will not eat his breakfast until he has his vitamin first.
