Has a good taste and I take it twice a day. It's not a miracle worker but, being careful of my diet and taking the CinSulin, my sugarlevel is somewhat lower than before.

Not good for glucose, Not same ingredients as listed
I was very disappointed as the product description listed the ingredients as the same as the other cinsulin but this has added items that contain caffeine. The Guarana can actually raise glucose as well and so counter act the cinnamon.cinamon bark 10:1 500mgChromium 400mgWeight controle blend 500mg: green tea(80% caffeine), CoffeeBerry, Coffee Fruit, Guarana.

got it fast and I take it daily for high sugar readings, why do I have to write so many words shouldn't it be what I want to say not what or how many words I should I say.
