Ner Mitzvah Menorah Jelled Oil Cup Candles - Pre-Filled Hanukkah Chanukah Lights - Olive Oil with Cotton Wick in Glass Cup - Medium Size, 44 per Pack, Burns Approx. 2 Hours

Last year in 2022, I celebrated Chanukah with oil burning menorah’s! I was so excited and I bought the extra small oil cups. The extra small oil cups (from this same company) did not fit any of my menorah’s, the cups were a tad too big. Unfortunately if I returned I wouldn’t of had them in time for Chanukah. We tried everything last year and the solution was to use putty to get them to stay. Problem with the putty is that it gets hot from the hot glass cups while burning and the cups start slowly falling over! What a mess and a fire hazard! We couldn’t take our eyes off the menorah for even a moment last year! What a PAIN!This year I just happen to see they had mini oil cups and bought them. They fit perfect! The mini’s fit every menorah we have perfectly! They burned for about 45 minutes, give or take a few and we actually kept them burning for hours by adding olive oil to the cups! We also “recycled” the prefilled oil cups once burned by using them the next day. By pulling up on the wick and filling the cups with olive oil we were able to substituted the menorah’s that had the Chanukah candles that were dripping wax everywhere with the oil cups! Next year, we will use the same glass cups, we will have to buy new wicks and fill with olive oil, that’s it! These cups are worth it, they are a one time investment!My recommendation: companies that sell menorah’s should put on their packaging what size the inside of the candle holders on the menorah are, listing what size oil cups fit that particular menorah. I say this because I have three menorah’s and they all three fit only the mini cups! Shalom🫶🏼

They don’t spill and burned for more than 2 hours.

Once I unpacked the box with this item, I immediately smelled the rancid oil, still can’t get this smell off my hands. The package was covered in oil from all sides. So, if you order I recommend using gloves when opening it, in case you do decide to order online.

What I Ordered got when I ordered.

This product arrived in an intact outer package, but the package holding the oil gel had tipped most of the glass out of its slots, so even though filled with gel the wicks had shifted and all of the glass containers were slippery with oil. I figured, it happens and they will still burn. But I am guessing these oils were from last year, because when burning they smelled like old olive oil and though not obviously smokey they did irritate my eyes. Considering I wouldn't know this until Hanukkah started, I elected to use rather than return. Aggravating.

Love the ability to use oil yet with no fuss

The media could not be loaded.  We have a small tree of life menorah with very little space between each cup. These jelled oil cup candles are the perfect size. They have straight vertical sides that do not touch other candles while burning, rather than v-shaped where the tops can touch and burn into one other. These candles burned about 1.5 hrs. The cups are made of glass so they need to be handled with care (no forcing into the cup). For best results and a better fit, be sure to clean each menorah receptacle cup, removing any old wax or debris. These candles will then drop right in for a perfect fit. They arrived within 5 days after placing our order, in mint condition, clean and packaged with care. I will buy from this seller again.

Perfect size and easy to light. Flames burned equally

Worse Hanukkah lamps ever, they were covered in oil, the glass hard to clean, one actually popped out of the silicone holders we got for the menorah just to make them more stable, really did not work. they look nice once going if not bumped or anything. But the wife hated the stink when they went out smelled of rancid oil.Do not recommend.
