The hutch is brilliant
The hutch does exactly what we needed for our rabbits, they love it and have plenty of room to run about. The bedroom and viewing area is quite spacious too. The only problem we found was that not enough packaging was used between the wooden pieces of wood this resulted in a broken end piece (I actually screwed it together to fix it) and a few chipped pieces. Would recommend the hutch though.

Trixie Rabbit Hutch
This is not just a rabbit hutch but it is like rabbit towers! It is really a great rabbit enclosure and I would highly recommend it it to any rabbit owners out there!

Guinea Towers!
This is a lovely hutch! Easy to assemble - around 2 hours. Each piece is very light, but when built the hutch is sturdy and heavy and a good size for my guineas. The loft area is an excellent use of space. Perfect for storing hay, bedding etc. I would have given 5 stars, but the door bolts are very small and whilst my guineas wont be able to escape, I feel a determined fox would be able to get in. This has been sorted by adding 3 more bolts to the doors. The hutch has been in use for 6 weeks or so now. It is easy to clean, thanks to the removable tray (you have to remove all the hay first, just leaving the newspaper and sawdust, so the tray slides out) and the run is easy to brush and hose clean too. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a decent sized guinea pig (or small rabbit) hutch. Well worth the money!

Great Bunny home
This cage is great and was easy to assemble. Only downside was the tray was cracked so I had to glue it back together and the locks are poor and not in the best of places. They are enough to keep the bunnies in but not really to keep the foxes out. We bought the cover to go with this which I would highly recommend. It keeps the draft out and is added security to keep unwanted visitors out.

Useable
The unit serves its purpose and blends into the backyard. The assembly was very easy but the unit did need some additional work. The removable tray plastic was ripped in one corner and the tray unit base did need to be re-enforced. The double swing doors on the left side did not fully line up with the door stop. The exterior wood needed to be sealed & waterproofed. With respect to the additional work required, I did find the unit rather pricey.

Cute and sturdy
We get lots of complements about this coop. It fits in our small back yard perfectly. I am using it for chickens. I have 2 and they fit just fine. Am thinking about adding a nesting box and cutting a whole in the side. There is little room for them to roost. We did add a roost inside the coop part, but can only fit one chicken at a time on the roost (which works for ours since one likes to sleep in her nest box). I added the nest box in the enclosed part of the coop. We close them in the coop part at night and the sliding door works nicely.

Functional if Altered, WAY Overpriced
WOOD::I expected higher quality for the price I paid for this hutch. Not so. The wood is cheap and very soft. Three of my pieces arrived split. None of it is sealed. I had to buy waterproof varnish for it. (Note: Remember only seal the outside of the pieces that won't be gnawed on!)ROOF::The 'shingles' crumble. I sealed the shingles in varnish as well, but the run roof doesn't do much for rain, so I have secured clear plastic on the outside of the bars for part of the run and use a tarp for the other part (half of the mesh I left uncovered to avoid overheating on sunny days).LATCHES::The latches are crap. The double that supposedly holds both sides of the hutch part shut is ridiculously difficult to position exactly right so that both doors are secured. I removed this completely and installed two separate latches. The wooden-framed run door also has a very unstable latch (where the 'top' attaches via latch to the 'bottom' part of the door), so that had to be replaced.FLOOR::I had to buy a roll of 30" hardware cloth for the floor of the run, because one of my does immediately dug herself out.I also dislike that there is no grated floor inside the hutch, so they are sitting right in the litter pan.HUTCH DIVIDER::I was under the impression from the pics that this hutch could be divided in half (I originally bought it to divide my kindling does). This is not so. The divider does split the hutch into two areas, but there is a 'doorway' hole in the divider so the animals can move freely between them. Kind of pointless in my opinion.DOORS::I like that the hutch has a sliding door that I can close temporarily if I am trying to catch a particular rabbit. I especially like that the run's split door can be opened and is high enough that I can crouch and climb all the way into the hutch to catch the rabbits. I have learned through experience that various (and large!) access points are a very important feature to look for!OVERALL::Once everything was together and tweaked, I am content with it functionally. It does the job and very comfortably houses five of my dwarf rabbits. It's sturdy and the bar spacing is perfect, even for the babies who were escaping my previous pen.I am happy with it and expect it to last, but am grossly disappointed that it cost 3x as much as other models with no better quality build.

Much better than expected
Very good quality overall. All the issues I've had have been with UPS shipping and not the product. All the parts were well made, the hardware was all organized clearly (screws on various cards marking their size/count). Assembly was a breeze. The only modification I made was to attach half inch hardware cloth to the bottom to prevent digging out from the run area. The only issue I had was with the ceiling panels in the roof section. Those are a little short, so I had to add an extra support on the ends to keep them from falling into the hutch. Now, if we can just get the bunny to dare going down the ramp to the run we'll be all set.
