Do yourself a favor and don’t.
Lasted about a month before the screen completely died; fully charged and nothing but black nothingness. And of course, it was just outside of the return window so I can’t get my money back. If you’re thinking of buying this product, do yourself a favor and don’t.

disappointed in the sound quality and the navigation
Was very disappointed in the sound quality and the navigation, setting single presets, etc. was awkward if not impossible. Using different ear buds didn't help the sound quality, which was very tinny. My disappointments led to a return.

Enjoying my new MP3 player
Inexpensive, replaces my 15 yr old Sansa which finally died. But this one adds voice recorder, and Bluetooth with a not much larger foot print. It has been working so well after several months I'm almost glad the Sansa went belly up. User interface required a little adjusting to but heck, so what? :-)

Performance is a disaster – Software freezes constantly
This player is a complete headache to use. The software is incredibly sluggish, it takes forever to navigate the menus, and it frequently freezes right in the middle of a song. I wanted a simple device for music, but the constant crashing makes it nearly impossible to enjoy. I’ll be returning this for something that actually works.
