When this arrived I gave it to my 7-year old son to try out - within seconds he had got to grips with it and had a DVD playing through the supplied headphones. The quality is pretty good - both video and sound - the headphones supplied are pretty good over-the-ear types, though more expensive and better-quality ones can also be used to enhance the sound.The player can be used in normal table-top mode or using an optional car headrest mount - the screen swivels around to accommodate. Included in the pack were the matching headphones, power for both home and car, a cable to link to an external TV and a nice matching shoulder carry-case.The device seems sturdy and connectors look good - I purchased an older version previously and had problems which the supplier immediately sorted out for me, so I can also vouch for Funavo - their customer service is very helpful. Though I don't foresee any problems with this unit - it's very sturdy. Great value for £50!

This DVD player arrived speedily and extremely well packaged up. I knew when opening the package that this was a top quality and well made product. This is a very impressive DVD player at a really competitive price. The quality / clarity of both picture and sound is excellent, and it has a really impressive list of features including swivel screen, SD card slot ,USB port, headphones and car charger etc.It also has a great battery life, five hours rechargeable battery.It is very user friendly - beautifully designed and easy to use by young people, or even older people.Children would particularly find this machine easy to use, and would also love the colour of the player.It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design of this machine.I was also particularly impressed by the fact that it plays DVD's from various regions - both UK < region 2 > and the USA < region 1 >. It also plays CD's of different formats and even MP3 discs.Watch films, listen to CD's or audio books - this DVD does everything - and it does it well.I also like the fact that if you haven't watched or listened to a disc all the way through, there is a memory function which allows the disc to carry on where you have left of.This DVD player is a really smart piece of kit and a great purchase.I have bought before from this company, and their customer service is second to none.Any problems or questions and they are quick to sort out any issues.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PORTABLE DVD PLAYER.' I purchased this really lovely portable DVD player a couple of weeks ago and it arrived very punctually last week! I bought it for my granddaughter who is a girly girl and just loves anything pink. She is a Peppa Pig fanatic, and couldn’t wait to try it out! I can honestly say that even from seeing and opening the packaging, I knew I wasn’t going to be disappointed, and I truly wasn’t. The DVD player itself is beautiful and such a good size, and the quality and sound of the DVDs, is fabulous. I had it up and working within a few minutes, and everything on the menu is very easy to read and super easy to use, I just love it!I would wholeheartedly recommend this DVD player to both young and old, the beautiful carrybag, earphones and remote control that comes with it, just makes it even more appealing, and I now have one very happy little granddaughter, who just loves it and takes it everywhere now with her!Well done, a great product, and an equally great price, what’s there not to like!

I bought this to play some history DVDs I had bought. I was very interested to see a large number of 5 star reviews and this persuaded me to buy. Although it looks like a toy and is ideally suited to children - expecially in the back of a car - it is most definitely not a plaything. The quality is such that I can put up with the fun stickers. I am 74 so not looking for disney characters! Matching many more expensive bits of technology this performs "out of the box" quite remarkably. Time will tell whether it is robust over continued use but the prospects look good. Highly recommended.

AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY!!Bought to entertain children on long journeys and is perfect.Comes with headphones, carry case, in car charger and remote.The headphones are ideal for little ears and not too loud, used a headphone splitter so the sound can be shared between 2 sets of headphones.This DVD player also has a folding screen so that it can be folded to tablet size and in this position it hides all of the buttons from little hands 😉All in all excellent value, light weight, and easy to use.Highly recommended. *****
