If you're only going to buy one small gua sha tool, make it this one. I borrowed someone's gua sha tool box that had several small tools and this B shaped one was the best and easiest to use as the shape allows you to apply more pressure than the other ones due to the way the forefinger sits between the two bumps ........ really like it so ordered one for myself, which I now use for upper body scraping.Don't need it for the legs as I use a longer bar for that but can be used for that purpose if you don't have one of those.

Great product, is comfortable to hold and very effective

Very lightweight, easy to use, cools itself if you run it under cold water, so you don't need to put it in the fridge. Comes with a handy case which is very useful. I'm not sure of all the benefits the tool promises in general, but it's definitely very relaxing to use!

found this a bit hollow and does not make the best contact with the skin. I bought a jade face roller and a scraper came along with it and feel it's more affective at half the price.there wad also a few scratches on it as if it wasn't new. not my best Amazon buy

I ordered this product after watching some YouTube videos on the subject. I had strained a muscle in my neck whilst training and after seeing Matt Fraser having a similar treatment, decided to give it a try. It worked straight away I highly recommend this.

It is really good value for money and does what it says on the tin. I wish it would have been a bit heavier though. But youknow what, it works well which is the main thing.
