Didn't taste very good. It's a good pre-workout not as potent as others but you can still get a little better energy for your workout. I like a more mild pre-workout just give me a little added boost and not make me feel all tingling and jittery.

My favorite preworkout
This is the only preworkout I depend on before I hit the gym. I drink 2 scoops. (my body already tolerates 1) on an empty stomach and let it digest for about 15 minutes. It def does what it's suppose to do. My workouts are explosive and Im full of energy. I also Like that it's safe for sports and banned substance free.I personally like the orange flavor better but watermelon still does the job.

Tastes bad. Gives that burning sensation to your skin. Pump was minimal. I threw it away after 1 week and will not use again.

I have used a ton of pre work outs before and loved most of them, currently using C4 but am traveling and had to buy a new one, this one was on sale at GNC so I got it and actually loved ittastes like candy, very delicious just like a jolly ranchergave me a good pump and it just took a little longer to kick in than the C4love having options since supplements are expensive, will continue to use this, will buy again
