Strap lasted less than a month
I just bought this for my 12-year-old last month. Yesterday I noticed that one of the side straps is torn off - of course when I tried to return it just now, I find out the return window closed yesterday. This was an extremely disappointing purchase. All of her other backpacks (Jan Sport, Pottery Barn) have lasted multiple years without ripping - this is just poor quality.

Love it it’s very durable. It has a lot of pocket. It looks really nice. The quality is perfection cleaning it isn’t that hard but bigger than expected I’ll say about 18 to 19 inches long

Rips easily
They are cool and have a lot of storage, yet the durability of these aren’t so good. Mines ripped and had a lot of yarn pulling off of it, mind you not even after a whole 3 months of using.

Produto ótimo! Muito bonito, material de boa qualidade e aparenta ser resistente. O tamanho é ideal, nem muito grande nem muito pequeno. É bem espaçosa, com bons compartimentos, e serve tanto para trabalho quanto para viagem e escola. Comprei para usar no segundo ano do ensino médio e acredito que vai me atender muito bem. Compraria novamente só pela beleza dela. Chegou muito bem embalada e rápido: pedi no dia 15 e chegou no dia 26. Enfim, amei!
