**This deluxe first-print edition will have sprayed edges.** From USA Today bestselling author Rina Kent comes the third in a dark and steamy college romance series featuring elite criminal families and morally gray heroes. Cecily is barely staying afloat when mafia prince Jeremy Volkov storms into her life. He's never wanted anything for himself, but he wants Cecily…and he'll have her. I've been trapped by the devil. When Cecily Knight does a favor for a friend, going to the Heathens' violent initiation competition to get a lay of the land for a rival gang, she thinks she may be able to get away with it because she has a superpower: invisibility. She can slip through most situations unnoticed. But immediately, she realizes her mistake. Behind enemy lines on a night like that, she's done the opposite, and the devil has noticed her. Jeremy Volkov isn't really the devil, but he may as well be as far as Cecily's concerned. He's not just a member of the Heathens—he's their leader, heir apparent to the Russian Bratva, and her one and only match on a kink app where she's finally admitted her darkest desires. And now, Jeremy has barged through her defenses, stalking her from the shadows and stealing her from the life she knows. He says he's out to protect her, but she knows the truth: he's out to possess her, own her, keep her. And Cecily? She has no intention of becoming a part of his blood-soaked world…or so she thinks. One of the best books Rina Kent ever wrote.
Jeremy is a Volkov through and through. Unabashedly and unapologetically obsessed, knows how to get what he wants. Cicily is a girl so kind, so passionate and so like her parents that it’s beautiful. Both of them have their demons but when together they make magic, magic so otherworldly that even demons have to run away. Their story is one of my favourites, it has got everything i expected from it. I highly recommend reading it.

Another EPIC novel by Rina Kent
I read this book after reading God of Malice and God of Pain and it surprises me how well Rina has hidden the main reveals from the previous books without really compromising on the story telling. no wonder all these books are promoted as stand alone novels. Reading one will not become a spoiler for the others. But, if read in a sequence, a lot of the puzzle pieces will fall into place. Can't wait to start on the 4th book in the Legacy of Gods.

Good but not the best from the God series
I liked how the story started, there was a slow burn chemistry between the main characters in the beginning of the book, which I liked. I'm not happy with the ending, it could have been better. Overall nice book.

Definitely worth reading
I absolutely love this book and would have to be my favourite out of the series. The relationship building is definitely an enemies to lovers, and it’s top tier storytelling. Highly recommend reading this book.

Merci encore Rina Kent !

God of Wrath Review
God of Wrath is the third book in the Legacy of Gods series by Rina Kent, and it tells the story of Cecily Knight and Jeremy Volkov. God of Wrath, so far, was the book where the couple was best developed and where Rina built several domestic scenes. However, a few things bothered me as I read, and I'll talk about them later. I pretty much like the way Rina writes a lot, her writing is fluid, captivating and has all the elements that attract me to a book. And God of Wrath was no different. However, I must say, that despite the writing being impeccably cohesive, the plot was very simple and very similar to the other first two books. There were no plot twists and no elements other than God of Malice and God of Pain. However, the story was still good and it was worth all the waiting for Jeremy and Cecily. If Rina was wrong in not building a new plot, with a breathtaking plot, she was right, brilliantly, in building the couple's story. She built their story from the beginning, from the first big interaction between them, to the moment where they discover what they feel for each other. And I must say, that one of the greatest strengths of the book was precisely their dynamics. Jeremy and Cecily are an intense couple, full of steamy and mind-blowing scenes. There was one of their steamy scenes that my kindle almost melted in my hand. Jeremy was fundamental in Cecily's self-discovery, and Cecily, too, was fundamental in Jeremy's healing process. Cecily is simply an amazing character. She is strong, loyal to her friends and family. Cecily went through a trauma that changed her whole life, including her way of acting. And Rina managed to approach very well, very well, the psychological and emotional aspects of the character. Cecily is one of Rina's best girls, without a doubt. As a psychologist, I simply state that this character is one of Rina Kent's most complex and real characters. I could do a brilliant psychological case study through the issues that were addressed within the character. Jeremy was also a very good character, but his individual development left a little to be desired. I wish I'd had the opportunity to know more about him, to have had the opportunity to get even deeper into his head. Jeremy is a character who is loyal to his friends, especially Nikolai. His relationship with Adrian is wonderful, I loved every father-son moment they had. Regarding the things I didn't like about God of Wrath, I must say that there was a lack of a plot twist to leave the reader speechless. Rina sinned a lot in not having brought up a conversation between Jeremy and Lia, since half of his traumas came from elements experienced by him during his childhood. And the resolution of the conflict between Jeremy and Cecily, at the end of the book, was very quick and lacked a touch of emotion in the scene.
