Really a Bully clamp!
I hate drilling into my truck bed so this little clamp tie down did the trick. It was no problem installing it on my 2009 Ranger and it basically clamps securely on the lip of the bed rail. What's best is you can move it around! I have tied down scooters and barbecue grills with this tie down and no issues. Clamp is solid construction and design and a nice stainless steel finish. For $22.00 for a pair, it was an inexpensive solution to add nice looking tie downs without drilling.

Works on a 2012 Raptor with tonneau cover
Very simple install, one bolt to tighten, worked well even with my tonneau cover and bedliner. The only thing I do not like is how my truck rails feel like they give too much, but that just shows how sturdy these feel. Time will tell if they corrode and if they slip at all after using them a few times. Functionally and design wise I think they are perfect.

Excellent/Attractive/Convenient Anchors For Everyday Use
I was looking forever to find a tie-down anchors that would work in my 1970 Chevy C10 Pickup. I wanted something that wouldn't require pegs to stick up from the edge of the bed rail. In a perfect world I didn't want to drill into the metal of the bed either. These anchors do all of that, plus they are super easy to install or remove (you might want to keep them if you sell or trade in your truck). The other thing is they flip down so they would work with most if not all hard fiberglass bed covers (SnugTop, Fleer Top, Etc.). They do not appear to be appropriate for industrial grade transport but for the average Joe they would work great.Just one criticism (and hence 4-stars vs. 5-stars): the edges on the inside of each hole are left a bit too sharp. This is not a factor for metal hook style tie-down straps but if you are using bare ropes or straps without metal hooks and tieing off old school the sharpness of the holes in the grab points would eventually cut through your rope/strap. With a decent file or dremel this point of vulnerability could be smoothed/polished away but that is work most people would probably not want to hassle with.

Great additional tiedown spots for your truck.
I read some of the reviews here and saw that some people had problems with the clamp pulling off. There is a right way and a not so right way to install these clamps. You have to loose the clamp bolt just about all of the way loose so that the clamp side with the rubber goes all of the way to the top of the truck bed rail. When I installed the first pair I only loosened it up enough for the clamp to sit half way up the bed rail and I just didn't have that much confidence that they were securely mounted and they weren't. Make sure that the clamp goes up until it is flush with truck side rail and you should never have a problem with them coming off. A great product that keeps you from having to drill into the side of your truck. Buy them now and give yourself the confidence that your load is securely lashed down.

Great gadget
I installed 4 of these on my 2014 Ford F150 with Truxedo cover in less than 15 minutes. Build quality seems to be very high, they hang vertically when not in use and can be positioned pretty much anywhere along the rails. Fit and finish were perfect.Keep in mind, these aren't for heavy duty work. In other words, don't haul an upright refrigerator down the highway and assume it will hold if you slam on the brakes. This is a limitation of the strength of the sheet metal in the rails, not the clamps, which appear to be much more durable than the bed rail they are attached to.

Best tie downs I've ever used
Tying down anything in my old 1994 Ford F-150 w/ 6 1/2 foot bed was a huge PITA. Bungie cords, tie downs, or straps would just slide around after I hooked them under the bed rail. So I bought 8 of these (4 pairs) and placed them 4 per side down my 8 foot truck bed. The clamps installed easily. They have been on about 18 months and I have used them to tie down furniture, mattreses, ATV's, dirt bikes, heavy loads heading to the dump, and many other things. They have not bent or twisted even under pressure when I sometimes over-tighten. The finish on them still looks brand new even after all the time in the Washington weather and usage. I would definitely recommend them.

Great quality product and EZ to install
These work great! Super EZ to install and best of all....No Drilling! My new F150 supercab truck has no bed rail pockets to fit anchors in. These are even better than ones that fit inside the bedrail pockets because you can attached them any where on rail. I have a toolbox behind my cab over the rails so i mounted these further down the bedrail away from toolbox so they could be accessed easily. I bought a 2nd set to go at tailgate end of bedrails. I tie down ratchet straps and bunjee cords to mine to hold down camp gear and they don't budge. Good quality and they don't rattle! The anchor has 2 positions u can lock in place. Lock 'em up or down. I flip them down when I am not using them and they aren't visible from the outside. Really great idea and install in minutes!UPDATE - THE CLAMPS FAILED ON ME TWICE UNDER HEAVY LOADS.

Easy to install - Sharp Edges
Pros: Very easy to install. I like the fact that I didn't have to drill holes and that it is somewhat adjustable. Seems very sturdy and secure.Cons: The edges on the cutout hole are very sharp and will undoubtedly cut/wear through a rope. Will be fine for tie downs but if you are going to use a rope then you would want to file/sand the edges so they aren't so sharp.
