I have acid reflux and caffeine sensitivity. I needed a tea that was naturally no caffeine and tea that did not upset my acid reflux. This tea is delicious. No itching from drinking caffeine and no acid reflux flare ups.

Header Description should include "bag" so that person buying does not think it is loose tea. I was disappointed when I realized it was not loose tea. But it tastes great. Bag is a small bag.

Hmmm! This has no taste. I didn’t get very far with the seller.

I have made sun tea with stevia and love the change over traditional tea bags.

I have tried two other brands of organic sarsaparilla root (smilax) tea in the last month, Buddha and Celebration Herbals, and while they are different species of smilax sarsaparilla, they taste similar, with a nice vanilla-like flavor, and have a deep amber color when brewed. This Alkaline Valley organic sarsaparilla doesn't say anywhere on the package, the Amazon product page, or their own website if it is actually smilax, the true sarsaparilla, and not, say, Indian sarsaparilla which is a completely different plant. Be that as it may, whatever it is, it has a disgusting, dirty, fishy vegetable broth smell and flavor, which, needless to say, does not taste like sarsaparilla at all, and the brewed color is a pale yellow.
