FINALLY something that works (tears of joy)
I am going to make a pros and cons list for this product, and I want it to be known that even though there seem to be a lot of cons, I have been SO frustrated with the doggie diaper process that the pros of this product, for me personally, FAR outweigh the cons.I have a 9 month old French bulldog who weighs roughly 17 pounds. She is the world's biggest wiggle worm. I have not had her spayed yet, and she is in heat and bleeding EVERYWHERE. I tried making doggie diapers out of human diapers - no dice. I tried buying regular doggie diapers - would not stay on, even if I tried to put them on upside down. The main problem seemed to be that she does not have a tail to keep the diapers up. I tried makeshift suspenders on the doggie diapers in which I tied a small rope from her harness onto a hole I cut in the diaper. This was WAY too much work every time I needed to take the diaper off and on.SO I searched for doggie diapers with suspenders attached to them. This came up and it was one of the few that cost less than $10. AND IT HAS MADE ME SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY.Pros:- Fits my dog. I ordered the size large, and I will include photos of my dog with the diaper on. If your dog is bigger than 15-20lbs, this will NOT fit your dog. It is a bit snug on Walter (yes she has an old man name), but I think this helps it stay on better.- STAYS ON. This is the biggest one. The elastic waist combined with the suspenders actually keeps this on my wiggle worm of a dog who runs top speed at all times, rolls around on her back, and jumps into my arms constantly.- Very cute. I love the yellow color, it has an adorable bumble bee on it and the color is very baby-like. Looks like something a cute baby would wear tbh.- Adjustable suspenders. These work for my short, stumpy bodied Frenchie, but would still work for a longer bodied weenie dog.Cons (and the reason for detracting a star):- The suspenders will not stay on unless you pull them together on top. The way I do this is by looping both suspenders through a small carabiner. I have included photos of this. You could use any attaching device you wanted, I just happened to have one laying around.- The diaper has a "liner" but it does not do anything. One drop of blood shows through. The way I fix this is by placing a panty liner/sanitary pad where Walter's lady bits hit the diaper, then I attach it by 4 safety pins. I will also upload photos of this. This SOUNDS like a lot of work, but one panty liner lasts all day and it stays put and totally works. If your dog is not a wiggle worm like mine, I'm sure you don't even need to safety pin the pad onto the diaper.- The sizing. I ordered the largest possible size and it DOES fit my dog, but my dog is pretty small. If you have a medium or large sized dog, you will need to look elsewhere. The cons do sound like a lot when I type them out, but I am just pleased as punch that I finally have a way to get my dog to stop bleeding all over my apartment. This has been a godsend. One last thing to note - I have only been using this for one day. I am not sure, but it SEEMS like the suspenders have a propensity to break, because they are a little flimsy. Will keep y'all updated.

Works well. With a little alteration to the suspenders.
These work well. Bought them for our two, 10 month old Pugs that were in heat. We bought side large. We did cross the suspenders at their back and across their chest. Then stitched them. Makes it a lot easier to put them on and off. The suspenders stay on well, even with her rolling all over the place trying to get it off. We used standard ladies pantie liners. If you put two of them inside the mess pocket, the adhesive will keep them in place. Then you can put another one on the outside of the mesh pocket, between the dog and the diaper. And just change that one out when you take it on and off them. The two inside, unless they get dirty, will last for several days. We never put the doggy disposable diapers underneath these, so I don't know how well those work, but the cloth pantie is baggy enough that they would go over a disposable diapers. The decorative star and flower lasted all of 5 minutes before the other dog ripped them off. Best to just remove them right off the bat.

Great concept. Needs work.
I have a 13# dachshund/terrier... She's short and stout, and will not keep a regular doggie diaper on.First, these are a great idea. And with some modifications, they stay on.A long dog body will lose the suspenders in no time. I sewed the braces together one what would be the back and belly. This is to create a neck hole that doesnt strangle, but keeps them in place. The bloomers themselves are soft and a size Medium fits her well. However, the snaps are not alignes properly and needs more modification/sewing to ensure placement is in the right place.I think she has learned that if she gets in position for #2, it's coming off in a heartbeat. Shes learned out toget out of it again, this time by my hand.

Purely decorative - not functional
Fabric is very thin. Snaps pull out of fabric. Suspenders too short for Jack Russell Terrier - panties fit fine. Lasted several hours; dog ripped them up. Bought Top Paw brand at Petsmart - still going strong.

Don’t stay on my pug
I really wanted these to work for my pup. She was fully house trained and never had an accident inside. A few months ago she started having accidents (later found out she is diabetic & now insulin has fixed this issue)These are super cute, but for a pug it doesn’t stay on her. I had to tape the straps together so she wouldn’t get out of them. It may just be because of her size, but for a small 19lb pup didn’t work for me!

Fashionable and warm, but look elsewhere for incontinence-wear
Very cute, though with a couple of minor design flaws that require a work-around.About us: We ordered these for our 4.5lb Chinese Crested mix to keep her warm and help with potty training.Warmth: ***** She didn't get cold, even in the heavy AC with these on along with her sweater and dress. The layered construction was very effective.Fit: ***** XS was a perfect fit for a slender 4.5lb dog. The measurements were right on. The diaper also comes up 3 inches above the tail, providing better coverage. At first, it looked like the item would be too small, but it should be snug. After putting it on the dog, I was easily able to tweak it into place, and she seems to find it comfortable.Design: *** The proportions and snaps made for excellent fit, and easy on/off. Two stars are removed for the suspenders, though, which are a non-stretch fabric and prone to sliding down. We solved this problem with a safety pin over the shoulder blades making an "X" with the straps. The suspenders lose another point for having very slippery buttons, which makes them a nightmare to add and remove.Utility as a diaper: *** Meh. Look elsewhere if this is your primary goal. Even teen-size panty liners hang out the sides and back unless you cut them down, so the best you're going to get here is light absorbency. That said, our dog did have an accident in the diaper, and while the diaper was soaked, and she was soaked, nothing else was.Verdict: Solid 4 stars. These are best for fashion, warmth, and probably menstrual flow for intact dogs. Be prepared to add a hook and eye to the suspenders for easiest wear.

Sizing off- absolutely go up a size regardless
I’m giving this product only 2 stars because measurements are off. And the suspenders don’t work. Ordered a pink and a blue.Measured (as stated) my girl at 16”... chose medium (for 13”-18”) because 2” ‘play’ in med. If I went to Large, staring measurement are 17”-22” (logically- too big). Fast delivery (next day), cute, soft and good quality but did not fit my 11” tall Parson Jack Russell with a true measurement of 16.1” around.Furthermore, the suspenders, (although a brilliant idea), slip and slide and really don’t do their job (as they should). Would help to have a snap added (or something) on suspenders to keep them in place so they don’t move. It’s too bad, I really liked them. Would have returned and bought next size up if it weren’t for suspenders issue :/ (perhaps I will buy anyway and see if I can alter them)

They work!
Finally something that works! My girl does not have a tail so regular doggie diapers/ baby diapers didn't work. I even tried baby onsie but her broad shoulders just made it stretch and uncomfortable. For the suspenders to work and not fall off I had to not the straps under her chest and at the back - plenty if stretch and they still moved a little down her shoulders but she was much more comfortable for sure!

Junk
The small fits like a xxsmall, compared to most other similar products. The picture makes it appear like it has some padding, however it is the thinnest cotton ever. Definitely not worth the amount they are charging. I repackaged and sent them back for a refund. They are junk

Unsatisfied customer ☹️
Bought the xl. The straps hang over the shoulders the dog is so uncomfortable. Do not recommend this item for the dog or any dog gave it one star only cause it wouldn't let me proceed without picking a star
