I bought this item to replace an older Delta phone holder that I had used and abused for many years. I love the new design feature that leaves an opening at the bottom of the case where the charging cable inserts into the phone. This allows me to remove the phone from the holder with the cable in place, say to take a picture or look more closely at a map. The old design was solid across the bottom with just a hole where a charging cable could be inserted, mean I had to unplug the cable any time I wanted to remove the phone from the holder. It was a pain! I also love the versatility of being able to mount this holder either the handlebars or the stem. I've done it both ways and they work great in either location. Lastly, the locking feature is handy if I'm on particularly rough terrain, to make certain the phone can't bounce out of the holder (which it never does anyway). This has become my go-to phone holder. I have it on both my bikepacking rigs and am thinking of adding it to my mountain bike also, it's that sturdy.

Works well. Holds phone securely while riding. Occasionally I have to pull it toward me due to slight slipping donward but that could probably be corrected by using a thicker rubber gasket which comes with the mount.

Phone mount was easy to install once you figure out how to. The instructions were wrong. See pictures attached. The first one shows how to mount on your handle bar, the instructions showed this backwards and my screw was not going in. The instructions do not show what all of the items that you receive are for. So in my second pictures, I am showing 2 pieces of rubber that came with mine. I had no idea what they were for (I also had foam stickers, still not sure what they are for). The rubber fits perfectly inside the clamp to adjust the size. Overall, the mount works great, it is nice and sturdy and fits larger phones (I have iPhone 13 with otter box case).

I like this product. I cycle about 200 miles per month and in general this provides a sturdy safe way to mount my phone on my bike, except... There is a design flaw. The locking mechanism piece breaks. This seems to occur about every 6 to 8 months. Without a functional locking mechanism your phone may fly out when you hit a bump or on uneven surfaces (this has happened to me a few times). Now, when the locking mechanism breaks, I replace the unit. This item is available at several cycling stores in my area, and maybe I'm too lazy or hesitant to try a different brand. If you cycle a few times a month or less, it will probably last a year or two. Otherwise, I like the product. Like I said, I'm getting my third one.

This light was easy to install as it comes with two mounting options, all hardware included. Today is my first day using it on about 20 miles bike ride. It is very easy to put and remove the phone from the mount. The screen was accessible and I could see the map all the time while riding. The only concern is that I don’t know if this affects the phone at all but I noticed that it does quite a bit of noise as I ride. It is very safe in there and I could read without issues just not sure if this will damage the phone over time. Maybe some padding would help? This all said, I recommend it if you want a phone mount

It rattles, even when it is in the locked position it still rattled.

I wanted something to put IPHONE in while riding fast on my road bike outside. This works great. Holds the phone sturdy. Easy to get the phone in and out. Directions were a bit unclear on to put on, but is easy to figure out. It is also easy to take off and put on my ebike if I wanted.

Second one I bought.They keep breaking and does not last even 3 months

I had the smaller version before and it was great. But I got a new iPhone that was too big for the small version. This caddy is perfect for my iPhone XR. Very secure mounting using the stem mount protects my phone from accidental falls. I never have to worry about it shaking out even on rough roads. Great product for a great price.

I installed it in the bike stem and broke after 20 minutes, I heard the a strange crack and seconds later. I saw it falling down with my Google Pixel phone. Luckily I was able to catch the phone in the air. maybe I got a lemmon or the plastic where it stands is too weak. Unfortunate!
