Very fast shipping. I wouldn't say this is going to suppress your appetite completely. For example: If I take the pills one hour before my meal & drink plenty of water, I feel satisfied for a long time. BUT, if someone starts eating Cheetos next to me I'll definitely start craving them and want to eat. So at that point it's all about MY will power.

This is a great product when fasting or trying carb/sugar-free diets. It doesn't have questionable ingredients and i feel safe taking it. take 1-2 capsules 30-60 minutes before eating or just three times a day with lots of water. The more water the better it works. the product swells in your stomach to make you feel full and eat less or help you get through fasting days. I used it previously with Atkins to help lose weight and now i use it intermittently for weight loss maintenance. It has no side effects and doesn't interact with any other meds or supplements. I will continue to buy this for general use.

I have been using this product for the last few years to help me lose some weight when needed. IT WORKS! Obviously this isn't a magic pill but with the right diet and exercise it REALLY helps. About an 30-45 mins before I eat I take 2 pills with 1-2 cups of water. I eat a sensible meal and I feel full. I'm not still feeling hungry after I eat or to deprived. This won't take your hunger awayvbut it's a great tool. I am a foodie. My regimen is 1500 cal a day, broken down into five meals, eating every 2 hours, make sure I eat a lot of protein, I don't to grains, dairy, or gluten.

I was originally given these pills at a weight loss center. You have to drink 8-16oz of water with each pill so I think half of the effect of the feeling of fullness is coming from all the water, however I do find that the pills help curb my appetite.

I used to work at a weight loss office and this was one of the medications that we used and it worked amazing, obviously you need to have a healthy diet so happy I was able to find it.

One of the few "diet" products that actually works for me. As another reviewer mentioned, I also was initially given this at a weight loss center. For me, drinking with 8oz glass of water is enough. I take when I have a hard time controlling my hunger either in between meals or later in the evening. For example, as a student I stay up late at night, way past meal times, and often get hungry, so this especially helps at those times so I can concentrate on my studies.
