I used these to replace the worn out sliders on my desk. The left side works great and is very smooth, but the right side has spots where it binds up and you have to give some extra force to continue moving. It's especially frustrating because at about 2 or 3 inches from full extension the right side binds up and I have to force it. I thought maybe it be an alignment issue so I removed all the screws on that side to see if the mounts freely lined up to the drilled holes on the underside of the desk. The drilled holes and the mounts lined up almost perfectly so that is not the issue. I'm going to contact the seller.

I bought this so I could attach a sliding shelf under my desktop to hold my keyboard. While the components themselves are nice and sturdy and slide very well it's very difficult to attach the shelf to them because the sliders do not come apart. I had to position the slider open to get through two holes in the front to screw in the shelf. Thus the back of the shelf has no way to fasten to the slider. Ok for me because the keyboard is very light but not really a good way to manufacture a product.
