Producto de calidad, es del tamaño de una pelota de basket, con lo cual es más manejable que las que suele haber en centros de crossfit, allí una de 10kg sería más grande, algo en mi opinión innecesario.Por fuera es de PVC que parece resistente, se pueden hacer muchos ejercicios diferentes, la recomiendo.
