Didn’t fit, fan rotation was backwards
Didn’t fit the truck, so I drilled screw holes in it to make it fit. Because it was terrible hot at the time, Well got it installed, plugged the wires in. It came on, but it had reversed rotation. So no air would come out of the vents. No WIN situation.

Take a second to read...
Originally the front AC/heater would seemingly blow air when it felt like it, so I changed out the resistor in my 2011 Tahoe. Problem resolved itself after a while and the front blower was working like normal for about another 2-3 months until it went dead without warning just in time for the approaching PHX summer! It is important to note the rear blower is separate and blew regardless of the fronts issues. THIS IS ONLY WORTH BUYING IF IT IS A BEATER OR YOU ARE TRADING IT IN/SELLING IT! Otherwise, go with the ACDelco original blower (which has yellow fan blades, and a vent with a tube to the cool AC air to keep it from overheating/freezing, and has obvious superior build quality). This unit works great, but at max blower speeds, it has a noticeable whine to it that raises some eyebrows about longevity, but typically I just let the vehicle's interior cool down then lower the fan speed and the whine goes away. Install was simple, after removing the cover underneath the passenger side of the dashboard, I removed the small vent attached to the original and broken blower, which is held by two small bolts, then pulled down on the tab (top left of the blower if looking at it straight on) and twisted the blower (clockwise IIRC) and it popped right out. Same thing for install, except this 'knockoff' blower did not have the provisions for the vent so it was one less step! DO NOT TAKE THIS TO A MECHANIC, SAVE YOUR MONEY IT IS SUCH A SIMPLE INSTALL. Only time will tell how long it lasts, but my 2011 Tahoe is a beater, so I don't pour as much money into it as my supercharged 6.2l GTO (I bring up the GTO to prove I am cheap when I need to be!). I hope this helps someone.

Does not fit a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500
Plugged it in and it blows great but it is too big for a GMC Sierra 1500 even though Amazon says it will
