Purchased a new item with a scuffed scream poorly packaged and no instructions for useI am going to have to google a users manual Live and learn poor purchase on my part. Even if the unit works ok I should not have to go hunt a users manual. My apologies for be negative. By at your own risk

Bought a different unit do to bug
Hi,I need to test VHF low band FM radios. I need to verify their programmed correctly, especially the PL (CTCSS).Hidden in the manual, but not posted here is that it can only "decode" PL/DPL, between 130-500 MHz (approx, from my memory). This shows up on the SF-103 and SF-401 counters.I was forced to buy the RK-560.
