I take them because I believe they're good for me. I take 7 of them every day on an empty stomach. I know microgreens are good for us. If I'm not getting them well through foods I'm eating, I need to take them via supplement. So this bottle is a great choice. It's my 2nd bottle and I order because the small round tablets are easy to take and they're organic.
