So I've been out of trick skating for over a decade and needed something reasonable to get back into skating. I almost didn't believe that CCS (pretty legit company) was selling a board for this cheap. Not only that, but it's set up to skate out of the box, comes with a skate tool, and it comes with large CCS decals. The board has really good pop, the trucks are high quality and fit the 7.75 I got just right, the wheels are nice (52mm/100A durometer), and the symmetry is a huge plus for me, as I don't care to have a different nose and tail. Having grown up with the culture and watching all of my favorite local skate stores close down, I'm happy to see that CCS and Daddies Boards Shop are keeping skating alive. The skateboards:I purchased the yellow kids/mini complete skateboard from the seller Daddies Boards Shop here on Amazon. The skateboard came with both stickers and a skateboard tool as depicted. The board rides smooth and all the components feel of quality. There is no stiffness or extra effort required to get moving on the board. It’s a great beginner complete and none of the parts feel sus. The colors is vibrant and the paint has no flaws other than coming off easily. Order arrived in two days from order confirmation with prime.I also purchased the 8.0” mint skateboard from CCS.com with clear grip tape. The components are equally as good and make learning to skateboard easy and fun. This skateboard does have a pointed nose and flexes a lot more than the mini. It also has an imperfection on the paint job on the board the size of a dime. The paint isn’t any tougher and comes off very easily. The scratches you see in the photos are from a combined time of two hours on the board and all I know how to do is push myself around so I’m not doing anything cool or fancy yet. I reached out to CCS via their customer care email, phone, as well as facebook multiple times about these concerns and still have yet to hear back from them. Order took 8 days to arrive from the order confirmation date with free shipping. Came with one sticker and no skateboard tool.Shipping Comparison:Both Skateboards were packaged the exact same way and ship from the exact same location containing similar invoices with different logos and color of paper. I know that should an issue or questions arise Amazon does a great job of making sure the sellers provide answers and resolutions and step in when they don’t. For the difference of about $1 that peace of mind just makes sense.

I bought this as a gift for my 7yo nephew that lives across the country; he previously just had a "toy" board and wanted a "big" one... that's all I had to work from. My son was always into boarding, so he gave me tips but also added that the appeal to my nephew would be "cool graphics". After reading a LOT of reviews, the boards in my budget (< $100 for a complete board) with the cool graphics just didn't measure up as far as function and sturdiness... CCS sounded great for a first board and so far has lived up to my expectations. Wheels aren't sticky, they turn well; it turns great; the deck has a nice feel (not too stiff); and he loves it! Took it straight to the little skate park near them the day after Christmas, dropped in and started to just tear it up! I expect I'll see videos of ollies and kick flips soon...😊 oh, and CCS delivered it on time so he had it Christmas morning, which you can't count on this time of year.P.S. I solved the graphic issue by sending a package of skater stickers for him to decorate himself... If you order one of the sticker packages on Amazon, just be aware they are randomly selected and some stickers might not be "school age appropriate".

Big thumbs up on this skateboard. It actually surprised me. I needed something pretty inexpensive. But the deck itself and all of the components (wheels, trucks and bearings) are much better than I expected given the low price.

Daughters first skateboard. She wanted to try it out and was practicing on a friends old baker. When we figured out she was going to stick to it we ordered her this one. Came on a “sick day” so she’s inside with it. 😊 ours came with the tool and two stickers. Her is the mini deck (7”).

Wanted to get him off his phone and outside doing something challenging. Did not want to get him a cheap toy to start and ruin all chances of developing an appreciation for and some skill in the sport. Neither did I want to spend mega bucks for a top of the line board on a newbie boarder. I got exactly what I wanted from this company through amazon. Intermediate grade wheels, bearings, trucks, deck sized right for a 100 pound boy. No obnoxious artwork underside - if he wants it, he can paint it on himself. Delivered well in time for Christmas. He unwrapped it and the first one on it tearing around the house was the boy's Daddy. Maybe next time Daddy will wear a helmet, eh? LMAO. After the batteries ran out on this year's Remote Controlled vehicle / Christmas gift, The Boy started tooling around the house learning about balance, turning, control, speed, and how to wreck Momma's kitchen cabinets. They (Mommy and Daddy) looked up the location of the nearest skate park and ordered The Boy some kneepads, elbow pads, and re-introduced him to his helmet. All in all, a perfect day for the Subversive Uncle, and a shot at some outdoor freedom for the Boy. Perfect, guys.
