ABSOLUTELY DEEE~LISH!
I recently started drinking tea (hi~cafe by The Republic Of Tea) because I was having a rather unpleasant reaction to the caffeine in coffee (something that's happened before, most likely due to having fibromyalgia) and as someone who's never really been a fan of the beverage I needed something yummy as a sweetener (as chocolate didn't seem like a suitable option?) and Who Would Not Recommend Honey. I really like honey And Now I'm Really Learning How Incredible Honey Can Bee... Like THIS One! It's got what I call "A Shadow" of Blackberry~ Kind of an aftertaste, but kind of not really. Whatever, there Definitely is that Lovely Hint of That Lovely Flavor and I LOVE IT! Now, I don't think I really noticed it after it was mixed into the tea, but as soon as I received it I opened the jar and took a spoonful~ plain & virgin~like... Mmmmmm. Oh, I could see this drizzled over vanilla ice cream (OMG, I Cannot Believe I Just Said "Vanilla"! I'm SO A Chocolate Person, But With This Honey I Just Turned Vanilla!) Learning about different foods can be so fun, and learning about Honey Is Amazing (Sure Beats learning about Liver Or Something!) I just ordered another jar, so get some Quick before I Get It All! Enjoy! (Author's Note: As I proof~read this I saw how very strange I am, so thank you for bearing with me!)

I'm glad I did
I use honey in my coffee every morning. My usual brand is Ambrosia, but it was not available so I tried GloryBee. I'm glad I did, however, its so good, I hate to waste it in coffee. Instead I save it for almond butter and honey sandwiches, or a spoonful when feeling tired and need a boost. I've also mixed it with aloe & coconut oil as a facial moisturizer, and on wounds that just would not heal. I prefer unheated raw honey and those that are partially crystalized or creamed. This is a really good honey and will buy again.

Mail-order honey not always reliable
It did not smell fresh when I got it, like the honey I usually get at the health food store in the glass jars. I think the scent of the plastic somehow permeated the honey. It also was not amber-colored like the picture when I received it, which is understandable for raw honey, but it was very white and already crystallizing. I will stick with my local purchases, as I cannot justify the quality of the product in this case with the price.

Less than 5 stars is a lie
This is the BEST honey I have ever had! What a wonderfully thick and creamy texture. It has a very smooth, buttery, very light honey flavor. I put it on toast and sprinkled cinnamon on it. Wow! This would be fantastic on french toast. It's good in coffee and tea. This honey doesn't overpower the flavor of what you're drinking. It has really helped healthwise!

great honey!
I try to avoid box store or grocery store honey since most are fake and just made with sweeteners. This was highly reviewed and it lives up to that standard. The last time I ordered honey I wound up with Turkish honey that had a bitter taste to it. This stuff is nice, sweet, and thick with a lovely honey hue to it. No pun intended. So far it’s been great added to my face masks, tea and cookies. I also eat a spoon full a day for its antimicrobial properties to help soothe my very finicky tonsils.

good honey
This jar is HUGE! I've used it in tea, lemonade, home made bread, for spreads and it's delicious. The honey is sweet but has a light mild flavor. I sometimes stick a dessert spoon into the honey for a VERY thin coating of honey and give it to my LO as a treat instead of over processed candies. I've heard no complaints from either one and can often times get a room completely cleaned of toys for this treat ;P

Loose Jar Lid before first use
Very mild taste--maybe too mild tending toward tasteless. The first time I went to use the honey I noticed that honey was leaking from around the cap down the side of the jar and had pooled on the bottom of the jar even though the plastic seal ring was still attached to the jar. Upon closer inspection the cap was loose on the jar even though the plastic security ring was still attached.Be sure to inspect the cap and plastic security ring around the cap when your honey arrives.

Om nom nom.
This is sooooooooooo good. Sweet honey with a tangy pique to it. It's naturally crystalline but very spreadable. I've used it in baking, but mostly I dollop it onto plain greek yogurt and eat it that way. If you prefer to try honey with unique tastes, I highly recommend this. It's not too expensive as far as premium honey goes, so get yourself some and eat it already!
